거리가 좀 있는거 빼곤 다 좋았어요!! 젤 좋은점은 방이2개라는 점!!

Quiet and comfortable and very modern accomodation with all amenities. Hot water was only like warm though.

Clean and spacious rooms, very comfy beds. Can easily stay long term here. Only problem is that it’s a bit far from the city. Breakfast was good.

エクスペディアのメッセージで空港への送迎の日時を予約したが、時間通りにホテルの前に車両を待機してくれていた。 担当者間で申し送りがしっかりできていると関心しました。 一方でツインベッド＋キングベッドの部屋で予約していたが、行ってみるとキングベッド＋キングベッドの部屋であった。 おそらく眺望の良い方の部屋にしてくれたのだと思うが残念。

A brand new and very comfortable property. So nice to have a high-end quality swimming pool as well. The rooms are all very spacious. Hotel is in a quiet area of the city. Shuttle van can be hired for the transfer to the airport. As the hotel is only a few months old, many staff are working very hard at making sure the finishing touches are completed. Thank you for a great stay.

Très grade bâtisse faisant office d'hôtel et de résidences;loin de tout, mal insonorisé, staffl sympa et faisant de son mieux mais ne maitrisant pas l'anglais, nourriture sans grande saveur. Si je dois retourner à Vientiane,je n'irai certainement pas là à nouveau....

Clean, great staff, new building, quiet and scessible to downtown Vientianne.

The place is nice and very clean. Cleaning crew and shuttle driver were amazing. Our shuttle driver went out of his way to provide directions and advice on places to visit and dine. Front desk people, the two men seemed dazed and consfused half the time you asked them questions. Be aware there are shuttle service cost to and from places. Agree on a cost before hand, if not the guys at the front desk will make up a cost and charge you more! If you call for shuttle service they will not tell you of a cost unless you ask!! Which I found very unprofessional and slimy for a business. Also online the hotel shows there is a paved road in front of it. That is not the case, it is off a dirt road. If you want to catch a tuk tuk you have to walk some ways down the dirt road to get to the busy street. I also asked for an extra blanket, I didn’t know this would be an issue since there was 3 of us staying in the room. It was made clear to me that they didn’t provide this service. Also there was not an iron in the room, pots, pans, knives, plates. Things I thought would be already provided to us, and not for us to have to ask for. Breakfast was pretty sad. My family ate there once. Nothing memorable was served or provided. Other than that, the hotel was nice. Good for long stays with family. If they fix the road in front of the hotel, and make changes to the front of the house, I might considering staying there again.

Very helpful staff and the property is very new and clean. I got free upgrade to Superior Suite, lucky me! I love the pool , feel safe for my skin. It took 10 mins from the airport to the hotel and there is shuttle bus service to the city center for around 5 mins. Definitely will be back and stay in The Park Vientiane again

Room conditions are excellent. But, location is terrible.
