Halpa hotelli keskustassa. Huone oli siisti, sängyt mukavat ja pehmeät. WC ja suihku käytävän päässä. Palvelu on avuliasta. Emme tienneet, että etukäteen olisi pitänyt ilmoittaa parkkipaikan tarpeesta. Mutta paikka järjestyi silti, kiitos henkilökunnalle.

Unfortunately, my room at the Mosaic had bedbugs and I awoke with approximately 50 bites. I asked the employee what their policy was to deal with this infestation so that they could get rid of them. She consulted someone by phone and declared they have no policy, but they could refund any future nights if I left. The most they could do was change the sheets but only the following day. I had been hoping they would consider it a big enough problem that they would fumigate to ensure that no future guests would be bitten. I was deeply concerned about bringing bedbugs to my next hotel so I decided to stay the next night (mistake!) and they allowed me to wash and dry my clothes for ONLY €15, how kind. Of course, the second night, I doubled the number of swollen, itchy bites, and knew I could not stay. I did not ask for a refund of my third night so of course I had paid for three nights in exchange for about 100 bedbug bites. One problem with bedbugs is that only a certain percentage of humans manifest a reaction to their bites, so probably plenty of people are carrying them from place to place and not realizing it. If I am the one who tells you your hotel has bedbugs, believe me! Eventually some other guest will get them too, so PLEASE have a policy for eradicating them before they spread.

The Mosaic Hotel is conveniently located close to main attractions. The price is very good for this location. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. There is no airconditioning in the hotel, but you can open the window and you will be alright. Please, check the pictures and reviews of other costumers before booking. There is a short walk throug the courtyard to get to the hotel, which some people might not like. It was perfectly safe.

Hotelli on siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Osassa huoneista oma WC/pesutila ja osassa huoneista nämä ovat yhteiskäytössä. Mitään meteliä ei kuulunut ulkoa tai sisältä. Aamiainen tarkoittaa käytännössä leipää, mysliä ja jugurttia, eli käytännössä nopea kotiaamiainen, ei lämpimiä kuin kahvi. Mielestäni siitä ei kannata maksaa vaan mennä aamupalalle muualle. Sijainti on hyvä ja lähellä on monia paikkoja joissa voi käydä aamupalalla. Autolla tullessa, pitää muistaa parkkipaikka varmistaaa ennen saapumista. Parkkipaikka on sisäpihalla ja kannattaa jättää maksupaikalle kadulle eikä ajaa summassa pihalle suoraan. Sisäänajo ja hotellin sisäänkäynnin kohta kannattaa katsoa etukäteen Mapsista. Huoneessa on ollut aikaisemmin vesivahinko, josta otti ainakin meidän vaatteisiin ns. mummonmökkihajun joka lähti onneksi tuulettamalla. Huomiona kun lähdimme päiväksi pois huoneesta niin palatessa WC/suihkutilan lattialla oli vettä joka varmaankin tuli yhteisistä pesutiloista joka oli seinän takana. Suihkukaapin vieressä on ollut aikaisemmin ovi joka nyt oli laatoitettu umpeen. Hintahan on huokea mutta kun itse oli viettänyt töissä 50 yötä hotellissa ennen lomaa niin pitää muistuttaa, että hotelli on kahden tähden eikä sitä nosta hyvä sijainti eikä muukaan. Sängyt ovat ns. keskitasoa ja tuntuivat olevan Bonell-jousituksella eli omalle selälleni huonot pitemmällä ajalla.

Die Zimmer sind groß und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber, auch die Sanitäreinrichtungen. Das Frühstück besteht aus Toast, Kochschinken, Käsescheiben, Eiern, Butter, Marmelade, verschiedenen Ceralien, Joghurt, Saft, Kaffe und Tee und wird für 5 € pro Person angeboten. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. ich habe mich hier wohl gefühlt und komme wieder.

Was mir gefallen hat: Sehr sauberes Hotel. Gute Matratze und weiche weiße Bettwäsche. Das Zimmer war groß. Praktische Küche mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Was ich nicht so toll fand: Bei der Buchung wusste ich nicht, dass die Toiletten und Duschen auf dem Flur sind. Das sollte offener kommuniziert werden.

Was hard to get any sleep as room 13 was very noise and on my last night room 11 was extremely noise and was moving furniture and there was throwing and banging noise. Sadly there isnt like any other cheap hotels a cattle, te or coffee or even a cup in the room. Tv in comon room wasn’t showing much.pillows was very soft. I needed put 2 together to get any sleep. Otherwise room was good, clean and furnishings even cheap were looking nice. Staff was great.

Stand gar nicht in der Beschreibung das es nur einzelne Zimmern sind und WC mit Dusche in der Flur als Gemeinschafts zu nutzen sind.

No fridge inside room, but given cheaper pricing it is not surprising. Otherwise stay was good/room was adequate along with private bathroom I had paid for.

Very convenient location. What I didn't like were the shared bathrooms but it was Hockey championships so everywhere else was fully booked. The breakfast does not cater for gluten-intolerant, vegan or vegetarians enough. There is cereal, cheese and boiled eggs. Breakfast vastly needs improving with alternative options and alternative milks.

Hintansa veroinen, eli ei kovin kaksinen. Parkkipaikka, jota mainostettiin ilmaiseksi, olisi pitänyt kuulemma varata etukäteen. Kulku parkkipaikalle ei onnistu turvallisesti edes tavallisella autolla, koska joku älypää on tehnyt portinsuulle kynnyksen, johon ainakin perusToyotan pohja kolahti todella ikävästi. Vierailun "kruunasi" lämpimän veden käyttökatko ja uuden työntekijän perehdyttäminen diktaattorin ottein. Ei tapahdu kuten Suomesssa. Jalakanat oli jotain vesitiiviitä muovipusseja

Dieses sehr kleine, auf einem (wenig gepflegten) Hinterhof befindliche Hotel ist über eine unscheinbare Tunneleinfahrt eines Hauses zu erreichen. Nur ein kleines Schild an der Tunneleinfahrt weist auf das Hotel hin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind nur sehr wenige vorhanden. Auch hier ist das Personal sehr entgegenkommend und kann bei einem frühen Check Out (bis 08.30 Uhr) auch Parkplätze einer benachbarten Firma anbieten. Motorräder dürfen nach Angaben des Personals außerhalb des Hofes ganz offiziell auch auf dem Gehweg an den Hauswänden abgestellt werden. Durch die Lage mitten im Botschaftsviertel soll es sehr sicher sein. Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Eine nette Bar ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Zimmer sind sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder Zwischenstopp sehr zu empfehlen.

I had a real bargain and I did not read the description very carefully. I had a shared toilet/bathroom but it was not a problem - in the hours (early) that I used it I did not have to queue. The common room allows for storing your groceries but no facilities to cook. The complimentary breakfast is not luxurious but it gets you nourished before you go to town. The location is the best of this hotel. The old town is within walkable distance and the public transportation is close and the network is extensive. It only is quite difficult to find out the lines and where they go except by trial and error and Google map. If you come by car remember to book parking in advance.

Aika yllättävä. Täysin mukava, siisti ja hiljainen hotelli, vailla turhia palveluja ja hyvä sijainti.

We did not like in the beginning. It was because our special need but as we continue lived felt like family. Staff helped us a lot. I do recommend this place. Shop and other needs within walking distance.

Great Location... quiet.

Nice hotel , with serviceminded staff. The room was quite big and practical.WiFi with high quality.Very tasty food at their restaurant!

The hotel was fine and simple but the staff was very pleasant and accommodating
