Everything OK, large room

Ravintolan henkilökunta ja kerrossiivojat olivat erittäin ystävällisiä. Respan henkilökunta sitä vastoin oli täysin tietämöttömiä Riikan joulutapahtumista, odotin että olisivat jotain tieneet.

Lovely hotel, in a perfect location for the old town and the Christmas Market. Stayed in a deluxe studio room which was enormous and well appointed. Staff were very professional and courteous.

What a dreamy hotel. The rooms are huge and comfortable (especially the heated bathroom floors), the hotel is PERFECTLY located with amazing views from some of the rooms (shout out to room 205) and the price was extremely affordable (barring the cost of breakfast which was around EUR 20/day per person which seemed a little excessive. I would stay here over & over & over again. Loved it.

Great hotel in the heart of old town. Steps from the Christmas market and Dome Square. Walkable to almost every major attraction. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant is top notch. Book with zero hesitation.

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms were completely soundproof, it was walkable to everything you would want to see in Riga and the heated floor in the bathroom was a big bonus! Staff were great too.

We visited for the Christmas market and booked a suite on two levels. The bedroom and bathroom were at the top of the stairs. There wasn’t a window that you could open and the first night we slept appallingly because it was far too hot. The second night we opened some windows downstairs which helped a bit and by night three we’d worked out windows plus air conditioning were the best way forward! I would not pay for the upgrade again. I wish hotels would have the facility to have a tiny light in the en-suite so you can find the toilet at night but not be under a spotlight. We ended up using the downstairs loo but it was all still too light for me- I know, I’m a pain! The breakfast buffet was very good; plenty of variety and always perfectly topped up. The hotel was very clean and the location, just a 30 second walk from the market, was perfect. We enjoyed ourselves.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the lobby was beautiful with a bit of a livingroom you can sit in and relax in comfy chairs. The room was nothing short of AMAZING! We were on the third floor, corner facing the Christmas market. We could see just the tops of a couple Christmas stalls. We stayed in 3 diff hotels in three diff countries and this was our favorite!

Very high quality breakfast, perfect location and a true silent hotel - in the middle of the beautiful medieval city!! We will be back here next time!

Everything about our stay was 1st class, service, food, rooms even the room servicing each day was to a very high Standard

The room was spotless but it was too warm in the bathroom despite turning the heating off everywhere else as the bathroom had underfloor heating. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was good.

Siisti huone, ystävällinen ja tehokas respa. Siivooja odotteli käytävällä aamulla ja kysyi lupaa siivota huone kun lähdimme aamiaiselle, siitä suuri kiitos. Ravintolan ruoka ja palvelu erinomaista. Suosittelemme lämpimästi niin hotellia kuin ravintolaakin.

Habe mich extrem in diesem Hotel wohlgefühlt. Sehr ruhig. Das Personal sehr freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Frühstück war wirklich vorzüglich uns ausgibig.Gerne wieder

Huone oli siisti ja erittäin tilava. Hotelli oli hiljainen ja sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla.

The hotel was superb. I recommend without any reservation.

Perfect location!! Large, comfortable room with daily maid service. The staff was exceptional: friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant had a very good breakfast and exceptional dinner with outstanding service. This was our favorite hotel on our 5 week trip around the Baltics!!!
