Nice staff, correct price

The price via Hotels.com using a 10% student discount alongside earned onekey booking credit made this is good deal. The location is the central junction of Hamra adjacent to all the similarly priced competitors. The room was small, but equipped and clean. For the price, along with the service, everything was good aside from the WiFi in the room which uses a strange browser extension and didn't work most of the time. The hotel is opposite a well stocked supermarket that takes card and has plenty of healthy produce. The staff here were notably excellent. Would recommend 100%.

It’s not good at all

Not habitable, had to checkout 2 nights earlier for a better hotel. This hotel did not even offer a partial refund. Pay more for a better hotel. Not Recommended.

The cheapest hotel in the heart of hamra but not the cleanest I’d say. Convenient though as everything is walking distance

Hotel in prima locatie met aardig personeel, maar zonder electra; tijdens mijn verblijf was electra voor klein deel van de dag beschikbaar rest van de tijd kon je geen airco aanzetten weer was erg warm en vochtig in Beirut zonder airco geen leven!

good receptionist very cooperative and directing although the cleaning staff were not cleaning well and they are not professional cleaners .The location is good near to resturant. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable.

Fast, nice and efficient check in and out. Everything is good and even great if you consider the actual situation in Lebanon! The only small trouble was the wifi, a bit slow

Hotel w dobrym miejscu, tuż obok głównej ulicy handlowej Bejrutu. Obsługa przyjazna i pomocna. Mieliśmy problem z cieknącym kranem i zalewaną łazienką - od razu próbowali naprawić a jak się szybko nie udało zmienili nam pokój. Śniadanie raczej skromnie. Cena do jakości jest w porządku.

Otel çalışanları oldukça nazik ve yardımsever. Sular tuzlu akıyor ama bu şehirde genel bir durum. Birçok lokasyonda bulunduk ama interneti en iyi çeken yer diyebilirim. Düzenli temizlik yapılıyor, kahvaltı biraz daha iyi olabilir.

Great value for money. Breakfast very average......

Staff is friendly and helpful ( I had a no-show problem with my driver on the way back to airport at early morning and the guy at reception quickly found an arrangement). Room is spacious, clean and confortable, lebanese breakfast is great, perfect location. I really enjoyed it and locals who are more than welcoming. Definitely I will always bring with me some good memories from Lebanon!

Excellent value for money. Im at Elysee Residence now and its a rip off compared to the value Marbel Tower offers. Put a electric jug in the room and improve wifi then it would be great

the location was great, and the staff were really friendly

Couldn't use the fridge because it wouldn't open, the fridge door is on the bed side. Facilities and room condition is terrible.
