Good location near a shopping centre and within 15 minutes walk to the main streets. Difficult to find the right apartment block initially but nice apartment with lots of space for two people, plenty of kitchen equipment provided plus amenities such as extra towels, extra bedding etc.

Perfect stay- modern, clean and cosy apartment in a great, central location. Apartment was easy to find, good communication and overall a really pleasant experience. Will be coming back!

Overall good experience. Place is secure, clean, has AC, washer and dryer, pots and plates so it’s good for family stay. Not much to do around the neighborhood though.

I didn't like the lack of communication from the property management

Rented 2 apartments for 2 couples for 2 nights. The units were nice--big and clean. There were dishes in the partial kitchen and a small refrigerator. There was also a laundry machine in the bathroom. The balcony of these 2 units faced into the inner courtyard, instead of towards the nearby bridge or onto the street, which would have caused a lot of traffic noise. The instructions for finding the apartment building were not very good. Using the address that they provided, GoogleMaps took me to the right building, but not to the right set of doors. The code they give works if you are at the right entry doors. Then there is the issue of some difficult communication with the off-site property administrators. We didn't have the ability to call them, which is how they let you into your apartment. They did arrange to leave keys for us in our apartments to use instead. However, both trying to enter the building (which is Brown, not Black, as per their information) and the apartment, the employee on duty did not ever respond to text messages I sent to the contact number they gave. He did eventually respond to my email and via WhatsApp, but the whole process to get into the building and apartment took an hour. If you want to stay here, best to be able to make local calls to bypass all this frustration.

Great apartment, really comfy, great location, clean, quiet and everything we needed. Would defo recommend and stay again! The only downside was that there was no toaster, the pillows could be firmer and the front door entry system was tricky to master as it was quite stiff.

We had some trouble getting in but since we arrived during business hours, we were able to call and someone came over to help. He also brought extra TP as there was only one roll. Bed was firm, housecleaning was perfect, no elevator even though listed in ad, very quiet building, AC isn’t great but cools you off a little - eventually, kitchen has everything you need. Only real suggestion would be pads on the chair feet to make sure to keep the noise down when pulling out chairs on the tile floor, the rest worked for our 3 night stay. Two single beds were in a loft (unit 33) and any adult or tall person would have some trouble with slanted ceiling. Beautiful river view was a nice treat.

Very nice and clean, have all you need for a long or short stay, easy to reach

Place is newly renovated and very beautifully, so its very sad they keep it cold as that causes humidity and MOLD! Mold is even visible, especially in the shower walls. We both got health symptoms from the mold. Also apartment was not heated as we arrived, so we were freezing the first evening, the night (sleeping with wooll clothes on!), and morning. We didn't even have any warm water so no shower for 2 days. We tried to fix heating our selves from control panel, so got bit warmer finally the second evening, with finally some hot water, but they put the temperature down remotely everytime we tried lifting it, so sfter a while it was freezing again! We understand electricity is costly, but we only tried heating up to 19-20C, but they but it down 11-13C and it was -3C outside!!! We both got cold, flu because of freezing cold stone floors and constant draft from windows and thick stone walls. I wore my winter jacket inside. Doorlock system didn't work as we arrived, and they didn't fix it, so again in the evening we couldn't get in. Pretty stressfull! Had to call many times about it, and the lady was rude, tried blaming us for using wrong phonenumber, even I had it saved on my phone. It started working after they finally connected it. Apartment is very nicely designed and modern, however, we cant recommend this place to anyone, at least not on cold winter times. Or if you are sensitive health wise to mold...

Vi havde booket famile lejlighed med flodudsigt. Fin lille lejlighed. Vi fortrød dog flodudsigten, da der er en 4 sporet vej lige udenfor, og vi kunne derfor ikke åbne vinduerne pga larm, og lejligheden var meget varm, pga solen står ind på lejligheden fra middag og til til den går ned. Aircondition var ikke sat til - det var angiveligt ikke sæson, ifølge udlejer. Sengene var fine, lidt hårde, men det er jo smag og behag. Køkkenet var meget sparsomt udstyret. Der er feks ikke en saks, eller en skål. Det er ikke ovn, men en Micro ovn og Kogeplader. Der var overfladisk rent, men ret støvet på hylden under tv og spejlet Det gik nemt med adgang, det hele er beskrevet i mail, man får fra udlejer, med kode til yderdør, og anvisninger til at låse døren til lejligheden op via mobil telefon. Lejligheden ligger fint placeret i forhold til centrum. Vi brugte el løbehjul til at komme rundt, nemt at leje via "Bolt app"

Property very well maintained and clean. In excellent area close to amenities. Shopping centre within minutes walk.

The apartment of very good standard and very well located. A toaster would be good in the kitchen. The problem was when windows open the noise level was high and also our room had a constant noise like a door buzzer going off into all hours of the morning but got use to it and would stay again but maybe in other block.

Check-in process was simple though the instructions sent sound complicated. Host met us and review instructions again. The room, and beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this accommodations for family or anyone desiring space. It is not two private rooms but space between areas.
