The hotel is an excellent condition and the room is in very good shape also. We appreciated the bathtub, and amenity less and less common in hotels these days. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing.

This is our go-to hotel whenever we are passing through Luxembourg. This visit being the third over a 3-year period, we are never disappointed. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms spacious and spotless, the amenities and facilities offer everything you require. We look forward to returning again soon.

Es war alles perfekt !!! Aber das W-LAN hat nicht gearbeitet auf meinem IPad, auf meinem IPhone (14) hat es teil/teils funktioniert. Solche Probleme hatte ich vorher noch nie, gehe stark davon aus das, das Problem im Hotelnetz lag. Aber sonst echt super super Hotel !!

Quiet, comfortable room in a nicely upgraded hotel. I would say that this is really a business hotel more than a tourist hotel. And, you're a few miles away from the main tourist area. However, I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff was helpful and it's about a 10-minute free and direct tram ride to downtown. And the trams come about every 4 minutes. Breakfast was good and parking ($19 Euro/night) was convenient.

Vi har nu benyttet dette hotel et par gange og det er samme dejlige oplevelse, god service, fine omgivelser og faciliteter. Kan varmt anbefale hotellet hvis man er i Luxembourg. Tak for god behandling. Vi kommer igen.

Nettes, freundliches Personal, die bei jeder Frage/Anliegen helfen konnten. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Wir persönlich fanden die Matratzen des Bettes zu weich, aber das hat nicht weiter gestört.

Cet hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. J'ai été tred bien accueilli. Ils sont aux petits soins. Côté chambre, celle-ci était spacieuse et grande. J'ai apprécié la gamme de produits Balmain mis à disposition pour faire sa toilette. J'ai aussi aimé le design des chambres et le lit qui était confortable. Je recommande.
