Rooms were really large and clean with friendly staff

Je ne suis pas habitué à faire ce genre de retour mais je vous doit de vous prévenir .. La chambre attribuée (et je pense même toutes) est malheureusement exposée à de fortes nuisances sonores (boîte de nuit à côté de l’immeuble, puis travaux dès 6h30 du matin), ce qui a rendu le repos impossible. De plus, la présence de nombreux moustiques dans la chambre (et l’ascenseur) a provoqué une d’énormes réactions physique chez mon compagnon. Nous espérions un séjour reposant avant notre vol long courrier mais l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur. Dommage, car l’établissement aurait du potentiel avec quelques améliorations. J’attends toujours un retour suite au mail transmis suite à ma réclamation.

Camera molto grande,ottima colazione. Posizione centrale ma la sera con il buio poco rassicurante.

Nuitée du vendredi particulièrement bruyant e avec la boîte de nuit juste en dessous ..

Chambre tres bruyante a cause de l'environnent exterieur

We enjoyed the spa, the staff and the bar. The city can be overwheling and the helpful staff coordinated transport, and facitotates great relaxation in the pool and spa. Wonderful time.

Bonne literie, chambre propre, la femme qui m'a fait le repassage est sympa et la plupart du personnel était top. Exceptée la femme à l'accueil qui n'est pas du tout souriante, ou sourit seulement à certains clients pas à tout le monde en tout cas! ( ou peut-être parceque j'étais vêtue modestement ? Les clients doivent être traités de la même manière). Au prix qu'on paie et tenant compte du nombre d'étoiles, on s'attend à un bon accueil, personne souriante à l'accueil. Du buffet, au petit déjeuner, j'ai apprécié particulièrement le "vary amin'anana" (typique de Madagascar). Pour ça ne changez rien.

Friendly staff, location is close to the center.

Nice and large room. The AC was not as powerful as I expected. The refrigerator was not working. Restaurants have good food selection.

The staff was friendly, the property is great and well maintained, the room was spacious and super clean, the gym and spa are functional, the hotel is conveniently located and the food is just fantastic. And despite all these, the price was reasonable. Honestly one of my best hotel experiences so far. I highly recommend them!

Problème en arrivant dans la chambre il n’y avait aucunes serviettes à l’intérieur donc chambre pas préparé à l’arrivée du client ( pas de serviettes de bain ni de serviettes de toilettes) Et puis aussi j’ai trouvé qu’il ne faisait pas très chaud j’ai mis la clim à 32 mais il faisait toujours aussi froid le soir et dans la salle de bain pas génial c’est glagla à l’intérieur sinon pour le reste de bons équipements quand même mais je préfère la chambre familiale prise il y a 2 ans je reprendrais celle ci avec le balcon

overall the hotel was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located, the desk girl was the absolute worst, she could not speak English, but demanded she did and no one else was available to help us but her, we needed a taxi to the airport, she either didn't understand that or chose to ignore us, luckily after 20 min someone came by who did understand us and called us a taxi, she was also the one who demanded we pay our fees when we checked in after a delayed flight at 6 in the morning, she treated us as if we were untrustworthy or unworthy to be there because we were American and did not speak french.

Ma famille et moi avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour…

L hôtel est bien située , plusieurs restaurant accessible dans l hôtel et aux alentours , le personnel est très compétant , le lit très reposant

Le personnel, le service et les équipements ----- L'accès à l'hôtel en voiture

salle de sport, piscine, les 3 restaurants et des super chambres... TROP GENIAL

It was too noisy so we decided to move to a different hotel. Knowing its location they should have planned on having the hotel built with sound proof. Another thing, we were unable to lock our inside doors so no privacy whatsoever even we purchased the family room.
