우리가 호텔에 도착했을 때, 리셉션에서 매우 자극적인 소변 냄새를 맡을 수 있었습니다. 내일 밤에는 냄새가 사라질 거예요. 청소가 되었을 수도 있으니까요. 방은 꽤 깨끗했고, 시트, 베개, 담요, 침대에서 냄새가 나서 잠을 잘 때는 베개를 먼저 베개 커버 위에 놓았습니다. 비누와 샴푸가 품절입니다

직원들은 RM 50의 보증금을 요구했는데, 만약 정오 이후에 체크아웃하면 보증금은 소멸됩니다. 매우 이상한 정책이에요.

와이파이 시설은 24시간도 안되고 바로 꺼지는데 정말 실망스럽습니다. 방의 청결도는 괜찮은 편이나 개미 떼에 따라 다르고 깨끗하지 않습니다. 위치를 알려도 도움이 되지 않습니다. 여행하시는 분들에게 더욱 편안하고 적합한 호텔이 되도록 개선해 나가기를 바랍니다. 감사합니다.

Level 1 near reception has toilet smell. The room we live, the electric panel emitting a hizzing sound that are very disturbing, complained to the reception they say will ask technician check, but no one is coming. Aircon fan is very loud, not very comfortable.
