Room conditions seems a little worn down, but overall experience were great.

Do not expect more for this room because it own by private not under the Lexis Port Dickson. I wonder this room just provide the facilities only for 3 persons especially towel in fact the bed is stated for 5 person. It just nice to having 4 adults or maybe additional 1 kids.

Nice play for short vacation

The room inside is dated and a number of fixtures and fittings are way overdue for repairs or at least brush up. Moldy ceilings and wall. While sheets and pillow case seems to be freshly washed but the pillow and duvet are musty smelling and most likely not cleaned for a long time. The smell surrounding the entire resort and especially the chalet unit is of sewer smell and worst in the mornings! Where its impossible to even sit in the balcony to relax Overall an unpleasant experience, only saving grace was this is only a 1 night trip to attend a wedding and not a real holiday... I usually try not to be too harsh on reviews but I think this property needs to seriously look into the minimum such as the moldy ceiling and walls and the really musty beddings!

the view is very beautiful but the interior of the house is not clean, the sauna area is not working, please fix it…

この値段で水上コテージはお得だと思います。 実際泊まると写真より老朽化していたり掃除が甘い感じはしますが、広さは十分で窓の外や床下は海というのはやはりテンションが上がります。 浴槽がついているのも良いポイントです。 肝心の海はポートディクソンなのであまり期待してはいけません。あくまでも雰囲気です。 ポートディクソンレベルの海に、レクシスハイビスカスほど気合いを入れなくていいかな…という時にお手軽にリゾート気分を味わえます。 周辺はコンビニまで歩くとやや遠いです。 ホテル内にコンビニがあればより嬉しいです。

Room 220. Bedsheet was not change from previous guest. Pillow case was smelly. Toilet bowl is dirty. Tiles in toilet berlumut Need to do major Cleaning. Jacuzzi not functioning. Buggy Service and swimming pool can’t use as this is Private owner not under Lexis directly

The bath tab was wore down. The wall in the room not painted. Chairs in the balcony old and wore out. The pool is not close as they claim but you cnt use it coz it’s not part of Lexis. Overall will not stay again. Not worth the prize.

Great family gateway

Nice place to stay with fantastic view. The smell of sea direct to room bring calmness. Room was well equipped, clean, spacious and beds are so comforting. There are fishing rods in the balcony which is well function. We even leave the "bento"net to catch the crab. We did not get fish, but got nearly 20 crabs (small to medium size). Worth to stay with spectacular view & cheaper rates. I even can do my jogging activities as usual at the surrounding area. Ms Nanda - the caretaker for the place is very helpful, pleasant and ensure everything in order. She responded to each question very fast.

Room is very satisfactory. Check in process was easy.

Our stay was good. The person in charge is helpful during check in. Overall the room condition is good and almost perfect.

Exactly the same unit under Lexis Hotel best part is more cheaper.

這次定了兩個房間，房間大也乾淨，可是有一間廁所淋浴間排水會塞住，而外一間熱水器故障

Owner was friendly and nice enough to wait for us even tho we are late for check in. It was raining heavily upon check in. As the room is privately owned, we are not able to get the buggy service. However, the main hotel allow us to use it as we have a baby with us. Room was spacious. Toilet was super spacious. Rooms need minor bit of maintenance here and there, apart from that all is ok. No room service, food delivery also not very convenient. You need to go out to buy food which is ok for us unless when it's raining. Check in and check out was actually very easy. Only waiting for the staff to come can be a bit slow if you tell them last min. Overall we had a pleasant stay even though it rain daily.

The room location and view was nice. The housekeeping need to improve by cleaning the floor, more room slippers and towels. No wifi..

The place and the views are very good I enjoyed my time there
