호텔은 오래됐지만 에어컨이 정말 잘 작동해요. 에어컨을 켜면 정말 시원하고, 모든 게 괜찮아요. 아직도 배우들이 호텔에서 일하고 있어요.

친절한 직원, 24시간 프런트 데스크. 암팡 포인트 배송 센터와 가까운 전략적 위치. 단점은 호텔 위치가 언덕에 있고, 객실과 욕실이 그다지 깨끗하지 않다는 것입니다.

I booked this hotel a week ago by paying in full. When I arrived at the hotel at 4 am, the hotel staff asked me to cancel because the room was full.

Worst hotel ever. Here is why: 1. I booked the hotel in the morning , a guy staff answered my call and confirm they receive my booking and already reserve a room for me. However when I reach at 11 pm, the girl receptionist said they didn't receive my booking and told me there is no guy working here as I told her I already confirm with the guy staff. She as me to pay extra RM20 if I wish to stay in the hotel with different room or else I just call Traveloka to cancel the booking. The staff has no sense of responsibility with what happen by simply said that they are using manual system so they cannot check the online booking 2. Room is super dirty. I can feel that something sweet fell all over the floor and they did not mopped it properly and lots of mosquito in the room. 3. The utility is not functioning. The heater did not not function and when I told the staff, she simply said she cannot do anything about it. The aircond remote did not working for me to to adjust the temperature and there is no plug functioning for me to charge my phone. I have to take off the tv plug to charge my phone. I will never come to this hotel anymore or suggest any of my friend or family to come here.

Very cheap hotel for the good facilities! I can sleep in peace for idr 57,000 or usd 3,89 a night. Very near to klcc, shopping mall and restaurants (walking distance) will stay here again someday
