Very noisy street until 2 am. Room smelt of food and electric cable in the room is in bad condition. Hotel not as presented on photos

The location of hotel is excellent but thats all i can say.its old n not well maintained. Has creaking fpoor n funritures and clenalimess is terroble. Staff are untrained and mostly useless or clueless . Manager never around and they are all busy running the shop in tbe hotel. Its just a shop w few rooms on top. Not recommended.

It's a comfortable stay for us in a Superior room with Queen-sized bed. The location is very convenient with many cafes, shops and street art near the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent - just on Armenian street, with the wall drawing of the famous “sister and brother on the bike”. The hotel free upgraded the room on the next night with a much bigger room for the family. Will consider staying next time :)

Nice place to stay

Excellent location being right in the centre of Penang Cultural Heritage Centre

As all the rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors, it is not for guests with mobility issues. We were given room 105 which has no TV reception! In the heart of Georgetown, which is great!

Jeg synes det er viktig når det legges ut bilder at vi ser gaten hvor hotellet ligger. Goerge town var dårlig område. Bedre å bestille et annet rom som er utenfor George town. Det verste var at rommet var full av maur. Kofferten vår ble fullt av maur

Clean and close to heritage area

Although the room was fine, the hotel had a negative vibe. For example, the room had a kettle but no water, no coffee. In the lobby, they once had basic items (e.g. drinks) for sale but no longer. You pay extra (I think) for being near the murals which are in my opinion, not a big deal.

Very reasonable for the price I paid. Location is good and walking distance to all the good food. The place is quiet at night therefore sleep will not be disturb by noise on the street.

Best place to stay at Penang

I have booked the room for one night, best night. I didn't want to wake up at all. The room was in the great condition, with the very good staffs who can give you the good recommendation and advice.

Good Location Good price to stay here. I like 4 bed per 1 room very much. We can spend time with my friends.

You can walk to this hotel easy way that you will take off in Jetty Station and go to center of Georg town near Little India

Nice hotel to stay. However, they don't have lift so those with heavy luggage take note. Located at the Penang's most famous mural - the Armenian Street. The Armenian Street Fair is on every Saturday evening - all cars have to vacated the area during the fair which is till 10.30pm.

I enjoyed my stay here mainly because of it's location and comfort that came at an affordable price for solo/budget travellers. The wifi in the female dorm was down for the three days that I was there. They did however make attempts to get it fixed but was only rectified on day 3. Other minor things that I thought could be improved on were having stronger hooks for towels in the bathroom (some were broken), mirrors in the dorm or in the bathroom of the second floor (there was none) and a towel rail in the capsule itself just so people could dry their towels. Also, the water pressure was exceptionally low throughout the day specifically in the shower. Other than these minor remarks, I had a really good night rest at the end of each day and was pleased by the level of cleanliness. I would definitely come back again.

Tempat yg strategik. Good service. Masa kami tiba di hotel, hari hujan. Receptionist keluar sambut kami dgn payung. Sure will come back again.

It is located right at the street art area and close to the Clan Jetty, so the bus terminal as well. The room is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was a right choice and I was happy during my stay at George Town.
