Things to Note

Breakfast (Optional - RM 15/person) ► Breakfast is served from 9.00 am to 11.30 am in the café named Bell Artisan.  ► Charges for breakfast will be RM15 per person. ► All terms and conditions are stated behind the voucher. ► You may contact us for more details about the breakfast. ---------------------------------- Our House Rules will be as below: - Quite after 11pm - No shoes in the house - No smoking in the house - Small party allowed in the house - Deposit will be deducted if found guilty - Turn off the electricity when you left the house • Grab any available map at any place & refer our gallery and getting around for direction to our place. • Look for GRAB, avoid taking premier taxi or no-meter-taxi. (Please note that UBER is not in service anymore for Southeast Asia countries) • Keep your precious items at safest possible place (At your own risk) • Appreciate to spend some reading time for the housing rules before stay in • Check out our guidebook for top destinations and places for foods • Please inform day before your check in and out time. • Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability • Late check-out Surcharge Fee: RM 30 per hour. • If you are checking out earlier you may place all keys and access card in our mailbox • Extra house keeping service: RM50 per visit (By request) • If you are driving to our home, kindly inform us one day before check in for us to arrange parking for you. • ONLY ONE access card will be provided (*RM250 will be charged if lost of access card) • Extra RM 200 deposit will be collected upon arrival and will be refund after guest check out. ____________________ • 在任何地方拿到任何可用的地圖，並向我們的畫廊諮詢並走到指引我們的地方。 • 尋找GRAB，避免乘坐高級出租車或無計程出租車。 （請注意，東南亞國家/地區不再提供UBER服務） • 將貴重物品存放在最安全的地方（風險自負） • 希望在住宿之前花一些時間閱讀住房規則 • 查看我們的指南，了解主要的食品目的地和地點 • 請在辦理入住和退房時間前告知一天. • 提前入住或延遲退房視情況而定 • 如果您要提早退房，可以將所有鑰匙和訪問卡放入我們的郵箱中 • 額外的家政服務：每次造訪RM50（應要求） • 如果您開車去我們家，請在入住前一天通知我們，以便我們為您安排停車位。 • 僅提供一張門禁卡（*如果丟失門禁卡，將收取RM250） • 额外 RM 200 押金将会在顾客抵达时收取，这笔款项也将在客人退房后退还。
