Food centre is right down stair of the hotel, very convenient. Bed come with only 1 pillow, just a own preference to have 2 pillow instead. For air conditional at room 410, even turned on to 16 degree with highest fan speed, yet do not feel like 16 degree, perhaps need some servicing to the air conditional.

Located at a very convenient location. Having a popular food court by itself. The Taiping Sentral Mall is just across the street. Easy parking as there are ample of spaces surrounding it. A short drive to get to almost all the major attractions in Taiping. The room is spacious and clean. Everything works. The staff are also very friendly and polite. Can’t ask for more for their very competitive pricing. Will definitely bring my family back here again.

Surprisingly, not bad at all. Although the hotel is basic, I must say it is clean and comfortable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved:
1. Shower/water pressure (we were on level 4).
2. TV channels – the picture quality was very poor, and none of the channels were enjoyable to watch.
3. More seating – adding more chairs or at least a couch in the family room would be great.
4. Provide slippers since the room is carpeted.
Overall, our stay was okay. We might consider coming back in the future. Thank you Beverly Hotel!

The staff were friendly and service was prompt. The setbacks were the rate charged which did not correspond to the facilities. I booked a family room and it was not what I expected. Cramped, toilet was dirty, no toiletries provided except for a miserable small bottle of shampoo and body wash. No laundry bags, carpet was slightly damp and smelled musty. The layout of the room is very disappointing. The air cond is placed in the wrong location. And the car park is to be shared with the customers of the food court. Couldn't sleep at night because of the noises from the food court and the trains which ply the track behind the hotel. The hotel needs a revamp. I'm very sure not to go back to this hotel.

Nice hotel. Bit away from the centre. So best if you have a car or use taxis. Saying that there is a good food hall next to the hotel. As well as bars and cafes. Together with a near by shopping centre. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
So yes I can recommend this hotel.

Generally ok for a short stay . The family is good with 2 queen size beds and one roller bed for 5 of us. Location is ok as we drive , opposite is Tesco and next to hotel is food court. But to my disappointment is the price I paid at Hotels.com is RM30 more than the hotel charged for their direct booking customer!

We had a family trip to Taiping. We stayed a night at the hotel. The hotel is next to a food court which is good for meal. But there were music till 1 am so a bit disturb for sleep. But overall good.

Room is quite spacious. Bed is firm and comfortable. Towels are a good size and plush. In dire need of new paintwork, thorough cleaning and maintenance. The carpet feels grimy, the window latch is broken so the noise from outside seeps in, air cond is not cold enough and there are stains on the walls and in the toilet. Some weird details such as no latch on the bathroom door so it cannot close securely from inside the room, roller blinds instead of curtains (which is cut so narrowly it just barely covers both sides of the window). It is next to the train track and an elevated expressway so traffic noise in the middle of the night can be disturbing.
