Good location but poor admin

*nice hotel to stay in peace..would be more fun to stay with ure close friends..

Kindly email me for further details. I didn't get the room that I've booked. Instead, they have me a smaller room. There should be a refund. The toilet is awful. Spider on the bed. Shower head is broken. It's a really terrible stay.

It was horrible. The location is good but the room is not that clean, and the ceiling in the toilet is open which makes me and my friends not comfortable, there's a heater but it's not working. Ughhh. Terrible!

We checked out the webiste and it seemed ok for a budget motel. We get there... Where is the pool? where is the bar? Wherr is that wooden hut room? And my favorite... Where are my towels.. Sorry..you need to wait till tonight so they clean them... They finally come.."here you go". "We are 2 people, you gave me 1"..."sorry, very busy" And the towel looked 30 years old. DO NOT STAY HERE...So many more options.

the experience we get from stay at this hotel are very worst because no car park and facilities not good

The hotel is closed to the cenang beach, but the room is nightmare.

Bathroom not very good. Water pressure in bathroom very slow and no LCD TV and not have astro channel.

Not in the booking list. Booked room with 2 double bed but was given 1 double bed.A lot of insects on 1 side of the walls, have to clean by ourselves to get quick jobs done. Hotel staff don't care about conditions of the room. Water overflow from toilet flush. Worst hotel ever stayed.Disappointed. The plus point only walking distance to beach.

It's a place to stay and don't expect much. A/c is good as well as water heater.

the dirty hotel room condition is not satisfactory service workers badly..no bad room service..nothing left to clean the room and wash their own customers to exchange room sheets

From Expedia booking on Cenang Rest House was not the actual expected form the picture shown. Staff from this hotel was not known on this booking as they said is actually another stay called Cenang Guest House that don't refect the actual pic of the facility.

Checked in at Cenang Rest House but was sent to Cenang Homestay instead. Reason being is under the same company. Pictures shown on website is of Cenang Homestay. Those looking for a budget holiday can't complain much. Location wise is the best.

Hotel sujo. O quarto que ficamos não é o mesmo da foto. Para ficar naquele da foto que é de frente ao mar, teria um custo adicional. A internet era boa, porém o quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia. A quarto tinha baratas e teias de aranha no teto. Não recomendo. A estada não foi boa irá tirar a beleza de Langkawi.

Não gostamos. Encontramos muitas baratas todas as noites no quarto. Logo que chegamos falaram que não era o hotel da foto e que vendiam a foto errada do hotel. Nos levaram para outro hotel não de frente para o mar mas com o mesmo nome. O quarto tinha muitas teias de aranhas no teto, não houve serviço de quarto nos três dias que ficamos. Transformou a viagem de Langkawi em um verdadeiro transtornos. Por fim nunca tínhamos ficamos em um hotel assim. Com tanto desgosto optamos por sair um dia antes do hotel e infelizmente acreditamos que não teremos reembolso desta estada. Existem muitos hotéis com preço até melhor, limpo e com café da manhã na mesma região. Não recomendamos. O hotel tira a baleza de Langkawi.

When I check in, I was shock. All the facilities was nearly damage . Not a good place got ppl go relax

I've the nice and comfortable room, service from Cenang Rest House.. My husband said that we'll go again next year and try another room to bring our big family... In Sha Allah

1. 1st day: Upon checking in, the office incharge asks us about what was the type of room, and what was the rate that we booked the room. My opinion is-This type of info should be asked to Airasiago/Expedia, since we booked Flight+Hotel package through airasiago, and we don't know what was the rate the room was booked. 2. 1st day: We had booked 2 standard rooms for 3N4D, however we were told by ofc incharge that we will have to move to other room for 3rd night, since they have overbooked the room to other party for 3rd Night. Later somehow the room was available so we could continue to stay. My opinion is- if they had overbooked then they could have arranged different room for the customer checking in 3rd night instead of asking us to move to diff rooms. 2. 1st day: The ofc incharge informed us that they have asked "Expedia" to stop booking for them due to holiday season, but dont know why the Expedia is still booking. My opinion is-This should not be reported to customer, as they should be handling themselves with Expedia. 4. All 4 days - The most terrible experience was there was "NO WATER SUPPLY" in the bathrooms whenever we tried to use it, day or night. We have to inform the ofc person and then he will start the water pump and then there will be water for few minutes. The water will disappear after 15-20 minutes. So we have to keep the water bucket filled which was used for whole day. Some times we had to take bath with just 1-2 mugs of water and do a dryclean ourselves.
