The hotel was practically empty during our stay. No room service and the restaurant was only available for breakfast. The house-keeping was bad and lazy. Our used towel was still left in the room and the bed was not properly made.

Hotel x bersi.h Pool rosak & kotor. Lif rosak. Bilik kotor.

Overall good except for swimming pool

I left my spectacles and it takes them 5 working days to get back in touch with me.

Spacious room and bathroom. Clean and tidy. Nice lobby, pleasant staff

The hotel is good. It provide basic necessities and staff are friendly. Basically if for tourist that need a place to sleep with simple basic requirement. Simple and clean.

No WiFi at rooms that's not good.

Berpuas hati dgn keadaan bilik yg luas dan selesa, cuma lantai bilik tiada karpet.

I've stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, but no house keeping even I put tag "please make up this room" instead of they turn over the tag into "Do not disturb" The room feels scary at night and not many people stay there. However, I love the big room.

Clean and spacious room. Very nice toilet (have both shower and bathtub).

Bercuti 1 mlm di Century Helang Hotel, selesa dgn hrga yg berpatutan. Receptionist yg sopan membantu. Tq.

The hotel is really good. The staffs are really nice. But I need a bigger towel. The towel was small. Not suitable for an XXL adult.

Average hotel. But can improve their service and especially the room condition. Floor need to change to proper carpet or tile. Bathroom need to do floor leveling because water stagnant cannot went to the floor trap. Lobby and cafe need air-con not big fan. The surrounding and landscape need to improvement. especially the swimming pool. Nice breakfast and maybe can add some more variety of food. The good thing is beside to the airport.

Nice & Very clean. A little bit quite due to not so many people

Looks old, almost deserted. carpets and some furnishing old. Large room but only TV Channels working were TV1 and TV2, national channels. Although Vision Four was supposedly avialable, couldn't view and maintenance man could not help. Only good thing is it's a mere 5 minutes walk to Langkawi airport, which helps in boarding a morning flight.

Deket banget dengan airport. Sarapan lumayan bervariasi, hanya lift berderit, seperti macet, agak ngeri juga. Staf ramah.

Hotel bagus, makanan kurang enak.

Hotel nya bagus tapi service nya agak lambat dan wifi nya sering bermasalah
