직원들은 매우 친절하고 배려심이 많았으며, 고객의 문의에 빠르게 대응하고 숙박 기간 동안 효율적으로 고객을 도와주었습니다.

리조트는 최고지만 성인 수영장은 문을 닫았습니다.

흥미로운 위치이지만 불행하게도 환경은 잘 관리되지 않습니다. 사슴 방어가 있습니다. 아이들의 매력에 좋습니다.

Pool cantik. View pantai juga nyaman. Tapi bilik menyeramkan. Hanya keluarga kecil kami sahaja menginap di 1 bangunan tersebut. Takot gila.

The aircond in room 2008 is not cold. Smelly comforter and pillow.

Took quite a long time to check in, more than half an hour. The front desk officer was not really friendly and hardly smile, probably because of the hectic situation since I went there during Lunar New Year school holidays. Requested earlier for twin bed, but only double bed available during check in. Quite a lot of mosquitoes at the hotel lobby and in our room (since we got ground floor room). Btw, I really want to compliment the ground floor housekeeping for their excellent work. The room was super clean during our first check in. On the next day, requested the housekeeping to make up our room during our day outing. When we're back, the room was impressively clean, thumbs up to the housekeeping =) The swimming pool was great compared to other hotels in Kuah, our kids enjoyed to the max. The beach was only walking distance from the pool. The food from room service were good and at reasonable price. But the breakfast buffet was low than our expectation. There were only small choices of food and the taste is not as good as the room service food. Strategic location, near to Kuah town.

The room was so hot. Bathroom was smelly. Service was very bad. Requested extra pillow and need to follow up few time and got nearly 10pm

Hotel yang selasa, tetapi keadaan bilik kurang pencahayaan.

Value for money. Very satisfying.

1. Check in - Terbaik. Saya check in lambat. Saya call hotel dan mereka simpan bilik yang saya booking. Terima kasih. 2. Bilik - duluxe 2 katil queen. Bilik luas dan nampak baru sebab deko smula. Cuma ruang mandi air bertakung. Tolong baiki ok. Yang lain puas hati. 3. Sarapan - ok. Cukup dan sesuai la dengan harga yang berpatutan. 4. Sekitar hotel cantik, tepi laut. 5. Swimming pool ok. Ada mini water park. Sangat sesuai untuk family.

Lampu toilet malap & aircond kurang sejuk.

Pros : big family room and wide beds. Clean pool with great slides. My kids love it. Cons : old resort I guess. Dirty sheets really put me off. The bathroom is so lousy. Like old apartment bathroom. Needless to say the small lift, at a time I saw 6 men cramped inside the lift (the limit stated at the lift as 5 persons max at a time).

Hotel was cozy & convenient for family stay. Swimming pool equipped with kids play-slide. Room & toilet is clean.

Saya menyukai water park de baron, tapi saya tidak menyukai breakfast yang sama, n den bilik x nampak suasana luar, overall saya bagi 2 bintang.

Value for money. Staff willing to help as I forgot to claim my deposits and need to rush to the airport.

The room was assigned on who arrives first. The moment I reached which is around 5pm, I was given a room at the very end (its like an unwanted room). The room is not clean. Strong smell of cigarettes. Can fell sands on the floor. No towel and hanger. It is really like a spare room. I won't return to De Baron anymore.

Memuaskan, pool untuk kanak-kanak sangat baik.

But need to upgrade the toilet door and some aircond

Tilam di dalam bilik mohon ganti yang baru. 2 malam terpaksa adab timan keras sehingga menyebabkan sakit badan. Jika berterusan saya tidak rasa akan ke hotel ini lagi.
