Aircond not working we have to change room, noisy due to room near to aircond compressor, toilet door looks like have been broken into. Food was average. Staff was talking loudly at the cafe. Should be 3 star only.

Hotel ini terletak dilokasi yang baik dan mudah untuk saya ke destinasi seterusnya tapi perkhidmatan kurang memuaskan. Sebagai contoh saya minta bell boy untuk pick up bareng-bareng tapi takde. Dah suami saya angkat satu-satu. TV tak function masa kami sampai dan sudah report tapi ambil masa yang lama untuk betulkan.

This hotel is easy to locate. There are plenty of eateries around the hotel that are available day and night. However, the air-condition on level 2 broke down on the day we arrived. No alternative room was given.
