Decent place for a decent family. and the price is affordable. Should try it if you are on a budget trip.

I'm booking for 2 room for the last 8 month, suddenly when check in I only given one room only 411.. After waiting they manage to get reserve room no 408 but.. 2 room without aircond, no iron, no fresh water and also no water heater. May be next visit I won't stay at this property any more.. Shy to my family members

It good for family or group to stay at this place. But the owner need to improve the shower in the master bedroom and also the pillow is hard and its bed for my head. Need to keep extra pillow in the cabinet and there is no sign where about the kiblat if we are praying. TV is not working since day 1 I stay in.

Kesemua nye ok, kecuali penggunaan kolam mandi, senantiasa di kunci. Penjaga kolam tiada ketika hendak menggunakan kolam.

Apartment too old, need re - renovation. Main door lock are problem, have to make sure the door was locked every time when go out. Toilets are very lousy, no hanger to hang clothes. Location are very convenient.

A good one and the hotel location is very convenient to go for shopping and sight seeing.

3 rooms for a family of 5 is very convenience, near to food stall and shopping area, the price is reasonable, the owner Ms Khoo is very kind and helpful ..nice stay and we will come again

This apartment is locally known as Century Suria and if you inquire by the name 'Kuah Town Service Suite Apartment', nobody will be able to tell you where this place is located. This is more like an apartment and dont expect this place to be like a serviced hotel. Even at the time of checkin, you might not find any person for 30-60 minutes to handover the keys. You need to call the owner (You should have the number of the owner and also a local calling card as there is no phone / reception available from where you can call the owner) to get the keys. Room ambience is average, but the main plus point of this place is that it has a kitchen and also all the household appliances which you have at your own home. So if you have Kids, or you are 2-3 couples without Kids, this place allows 6 people (whether Adults or Kids) per room. This place is located in a peaceful area and the market is at a walking distance of 6-8 minutes.

The bed very bad can feel the sprin, no Wi-Fi, one room the wall very bad, bathtub but can't use due to no stopped. A lot mosquito. No place to our clothing after wash.

No direction to the beach and sad to say that unable to have a view from hotel room

Cleanliness is the biggest issues! Please clean the rooms thoroughly. Please also check whether the equipment in the apartment is working fine, e.g: water heater, kettle, air-cond etc.

Check in and check out is easy. Apartment is huge for family of 6. Room clean and spacious. Basic needs like fridge, washing machine is available. Apartment facing sea view good to see sunset.

The apartment's quality is far beyond ones expectation. the rooms is just like an old Chinese house that does not deserved to be advertised in Expedia. It makes us to re think whether to make other booking through Expedia again for our future vacation trip. Just my opinion
