친절한 직원. 호텔 근처 모든 곳으로의 접근성이 좋은 위치. 멋진 객실과 깨끗한 전망. 작은 것 하나가 룸 서비스를 조금 길게 만들 수 있지만 손님이 음식을 주문하기 쉽습니다.

우리는 부분적인 바다 전망을 얻었고, 아름답습니다. 아침 식사의 질이 떨어졌습니다.

객실에서 바다가 보이는 멋진 전망에 머물기에 좋았습니다. 넓은 건물. 직원들이 매우 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 갈 거예요!

꼭 다시 여기에 머물고 싶어요 ❤.

Have shared a good experience with this hotel on my previous stays but unfortunately not for this time. After entered into the room, found I was given a connecting room. Going for short vacation to rest and relax but the room given was not comfortable at all. Do call front desk to change to other room because too noisy with the next room guest talking so loud, kids shouting, playing and knocking the connecting door but they refused with reason there's no other room available and ALL rooms was fully booked. I went there on weekdays. The swimming pool and surrounding area also looks like not well maintained. So my vacation day and night to rest and relax in the hotel room wasted.

A nice hotel apartment located within walking distance to the beach. Check in is smooth and easy. The staff is kind and polite. My apartment is in 9th floor. The unit is big and clean. The view also awesome. Definitely will come back again next time.

Everything was oke. Except 1 air conditioner in the penthouse room not functioning well.

Hotel area is convenient. Near to a lot of amenities. However, 2 things needed to be massively improve. Lift waiting time is unacceptable, and room cleanliness need to be improve as well.

저와 아내는 이 호텔에서 1박 2일 휴가를 보내며 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 호텔 시설과 객실은 좋았습니다. 하지만 제가 묵었던 방은 욕실 슬라이딩 도어에 약간의 문제가 있었습니다. TV 채널이 매우 제한적이었고, 복도는 약간 더러웠습니다. 바닥에는 사용한 마스크가 놓여 있는 것을 보았습니다. 이렇게 큰 호텔을 유지하는 것이 쉽지 않다는 것을 알지만, 경영진이 개선하여 더 나은 환경을 만들어 주었으면 좋겠습니다. 호텔 주변은 훌륭한 레스토랑과 편의점이 많아 매우 좋습니다. 호텔의 전용 정원, 정원, 해변은 잘 관리되어 산책하기 좋은 곳이지만 밤에는 문을 닫습니다. 공공 정원으로는 아름다운 바다 풍경을 감상할 수 있는 해변이 꼭 방문해야 합니다. 아침 식사는 다소 단순했지만 괜찮았고, 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 주차장은 건물 위층과 건물 외부에 마련되어 있어 편리합니다. 모든 직원은 매우 친절했습니다. 매우 만족스러웠고 다음 휴가에도 꼭 다시 방문할 것입니다.

Bathroom clogged drain for room S8-10B. Please get management to fix it.

Great location and the room was very clean.

Good and fast service during check in and check out. Room was clean even after 2years pkp with very good presure shower. Got veriety of breakfast with SOP in placed.

Bath room water sink is clog. No bath mat is available. Room cleanliness need to be improved.

Bilik yang luas, bersih, cantik le view dari balkoni nampak laut. Bilik air pun selesa. Nak makan macam2 ada kat bawah tu je. Mlm ada food truck siap ada busker sekali. Memang terbaik.

Need improvement.. Need to do a lot maintenance.. But do understand it's because of the cmco and Covid19.
