Check-in instructions unclear, it said an email with check in instructions will be sent 24 hour before check in but I never received it. Make sure to contact them before arrival to get the check-in instructions. Spent an hour upon arrival in the heat to figure out the check in. Security guards very stuck up.

If it wasn’t for nice person at chick-in desk we would have never made it to our room, first night we found 4 tiny ants inside bed and they bite, second night found 2 ants, can’t figure out where they coming from.

What a shame, I arrived no one to help, no staff only security, it took 2 hours to grab the key, and another 1 hour to get in the room cause the door was out of battery, I wasted 3 hours, I asked for a room for 3 adults, they gave a mattress on the floor, we don’t sleep on floors, we all had to sleep on one bed, I want my money back I want a full refund.

There is a few toilet paper prepared in my room. But,without it,all good.

Pros: apartment is spacious, the pool is amazing for sure, not too busy in the day time. Communication with the staff is also great on whatsapp. Cons: our apartment was very new, and still had the smell/ dust from construction, so it was not the most comfortable place to be in. though other rooms/ apartments could be different!

沒有任何招待處，門外保安員亦不懂得提供任何幫助。 房間冷氣壞，浪費了我三小時在房間等待維修。因不能維修才願意更換房間，但前台竟要求我之後要再換房間！ 在等待維修員工的時候，他們竟要求我把電制的總制重啟。 非常差的體驗！

Nice & spacious ~1500sq ft apartment. A few issues we had. Stove didnt work. Apartment had a mild odor. Every single lamp had the wrong plug and could not be used. The master bedroom drain was very slow and we flooded the bathroom after just 1 shower. The room to dispose of rubbish (outside the apartment) absolutely reeked although it was only noticable when the door was opened (to dispose our trash). The apartment comes with basic things - loo roll, trash bags, shampoo, body wash, soap, towels, hair dryer and washing up liquid. But no other tissues were provided. There were 2 forks and 5 spoons, one small fruit knife. Plates and glasses were enough for family of 4. Luckily none of these issues were major. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is good. Few minutes walk from Conlay MRT station. dont forget to check out Lacher Patisserie just across the road, highly sought after cakes and tarts. ‘Grab’ app is a must - better and more reliable than any taxis. Also excellent for food delivery and groceries too. We didnt visit the infinity swimming pool but must have a great view, being on the 51/F. Overall we still enjoyed our stay with only mild frustration. Come prepared (eg with tissues and the grab app) and you will have a great stay.

The place is great. The only downside is no nearby restaurants or convenience store.
