I'm comfortable. Very good service.

Hotel not bad, harap pihak hotel tolong sedia kan cawan untuk minum, yang lain-lain tu ok je. Kedai runcit, kedai makan dan dobi pun dekat, staf ramah, tekanan air pun ok, cuma kalau duduk ramai-ramai tu kena bawa extra plug untuk charge hp, sebab ada 1 ke plug.

The room & toilet clean. Staff so polite and good customer services.

Good for family kids nice place

Booked superior room, double bed with window, but sold out and app offered studio room with double bed. After check in, I got room with 208 with twin bed, asked for change and they assigned to room 307. The room was very small, dusty, no wardrobe, smelly bath towel, no tea/coffee maker provided, etc. The room also different from advertised. Called appa but not much help though they are aware of false advertisements by the hotel. We are tired and the options given (they asked us to check out & check in to another hotel with extra charges) is not appropriate. Do not be fooled by them by referring to the photo given. They make cheap bargain deals with good facilities, but in fact, they are not as advertised to the hotel management, your actions are also an offense under the consumer protection act. Btw, thank you for provide kiblat signage in the room & praying mat (sejadah) open request.

The room was very small and did not look like the picture that was posted. I had booked the studio room which was supposed to be more spacious than their superior room. However, the right side of bed was only a bedside table away from the window, the left side of the bed was around 2 feet away from the bathroom door and the end of the bed was around a foot away from the TV. There was hardly enough space to walk with the luggage in the room. The room also smelled damp.

Can't complain much with the price, but the hotel blackout early morning and staff hotel act as if it was normal. Bedsheet not clean.

Room is nice just front line worker need training on customer service.

Great places to stay, clean services not bad, but need to improve room space behind the wall.

it's good for short stay. location is okay and there's some parking space around the hotel.
