직원들은 친절했지만, 객실 청결도는 개선이 필요했고, 제 방에는 온수기가 없었습니다!

단기 숙박에는 괜찮은 객실입니다. 냉장고가 있고 아이콘 시티와 가깝습니다.

킹사이즈 침대가 있는 멋진 객실입니다. 욕실은 넓고, 콘센트도 많습니다. 마즐리스 반다라야(Majlis Bandaraya)에서 제공하는 야외 주차장이 있으며, 플렉시파크(Flexipark) 앱을 이용하면 편리합니다.

Comfy clean and cosy. Great location due to nearby shops and cafes.

The hotel overall is OK, good location.

Booked standard queen, stated 22sqm, but giving about 10msq room?

Everything is okay, except the soundproofing of the room is not good, when the cleaner came to do housekeeping for another room then we can hear clearly what they did, it is very annoying us to sleep.

The staff are friendly. Parking is ample. Room slightly small.

At night the hotel is noisy. Beside the hotel is club.

The bed very smelly . I don’t think they change the pillow so much sweat smell.

room is just nice for two..no extra space

I arrived at this hotel around 3pm ++ , then I was told that I not booked as they don't received any email from you. I was very disappointed. They asked me when I booked , is it last minute and so on. I was tired driving and hotel no receive my booking and asked me to call agent. I was d*** unsatisfied. After a while, the manager and receptionist said they just receive email from agent. What a lazy reason. I was understand that is through email. They check their email and said just received it. For room, is okay. overall, is during check in time is very bad.

The amenities listed minibar (fridge) in the room, but when I check in the fridge is not chill at all. First the receptionist (Male) said that the fridge can keep drinks but not food like cakes etc. So I ask about keeping breast milk, he said can. They said that it is not that very cold. Only to chill can drinks. But when I checked the fridge remain as room temperature not feel chill at all. If it is used to chill can drinks, the can should be chilled, but it stays at room temperature. My room is much chiller than the fridge. Again next day I went to receptionist (female) to ask her to check on the fridge while I was outside. But when I came back to check out my sister said nobody came. I chose this hotel due to it provided a mini fridge because I need it to keep breastmilk chilled. Not for a very long time but just to keep more than 4 -6 hours. When it says minibar, my kind of expectation is chill fridge.

Nice shower heater and comfort bed

The bed isn't clean, found some dirty black marks, and there're sand-like particles on bed. The floor is more horrible, it's sticky.

Can't sleep till 2:30 am after midnight due to very noisy karaoke pub next to the hotel. Complained to front desk, but they can't do anything even though they also affected by the very loud noise.
