Front desk don't know how to check our booking and payment via Treveloka, keep us waiting for so long. He wanted to confirm that our payment already done before allow us to check in to room. Long wait! Unprofessional! Not trained!

The location is very strategic. It is just a stone throw away from the city centre, opposite to the State Mosque, near to Kula 's cake, Kuantan 's street art, Menara Kuantan, and many more attractions! The room is sound proof, a bit small, suitable for light travellers. Really recommend this hotel 👍.

Aircond rosak!!bila minta pihak hotel untuk minta tukar bilik alasan bilik penuh!!paksa2 staff minta tukar bilik still tak nak air cond langsung tak sejuk dengan bilik tak ada tingkap dah macam oven duduk dalam bilik,lastly bg juga tukar bilik,tapi memang teruk juga dari bau yang amat dahsyat,1st time duduk hotel hotel dengan keadaan macam ni,tilam hotel bilik 304 tu minta la pihak hotel tukar spring dah sampai terkeluar macam mana guest nak tidur!!Please alert bab2 basic walaupun hotel budget sebab banyak hotel budget bawah rm70 cantik2 bersih dan selesa untuk tidur,please alert pihak management hotel!!

Kemudahan sederhana, tapi lokasi memang menarik sebab berada di tengah-tengah pusat bandar. Hampir dengan masjid negeri & car booth sale pun cuma 10 meter daripada hotel.

Shop lots nearby, next to 7-eleven. Plenty of parking lots across the road. Room is comfy. Except for the staircase. If you gonna stay here, try to request for rooms at 2nd floor unless you have to "hike" all the way up to 3rd floor.
