Cons: 1. Really thin walls. I think one's experience really depends on which side of the building your room is. Our room was facing the carpark, and we could hear cars revving throughout the night. That side of the building is also over an empty space on the ground level, where we could hear people partying loudly from evening to early morning. Very difficult to sleep. Our party had another room on the other side of the building, and while the walls were still thin, outside noise was minimal. 2. The aircon was very loud and rattling, which just added to an already noisy environment. Pro: 1. Overall acceptable cleanliness. Staff were competent and polite as well. 2. Lots of Thai eateries and supermarkets around the area for some reason. But also a lot of closed shops. Final note: tourist tax and deposit can only be paid in cash.

Not easy access to all shopping areas

Very noisy outside and our family didn't sleep well plus Aircon not cool too. The room has very poor sound proof system.

Other than the bed, the room cleanliness has lots to improve. The sofa and chair were so badly stained that we didn’t even dare to sit on it. The table was greasy and dirty and there were Christmas chocolates left on the top of the TV shelf. When we opened the cabinets, we got hit with intense musty smell. Sound proofing was bad as we could hear the noisy playing sound of kids staying in the room down the corridor.

The compressor sound was ridiculous.

Perfect for a night stay. Spacious with two queen sized beds. The only issue is consistent to the Google reviews; there is no shower kerb and the shower water will wet the supposedly dry area of the toilet :(

Room condition is acceptable for a quick stay and affordable as well. Staffs were friendly too.

Don't be deceive by the location or the outlook of the hotel. The hotel is well maintained, clean and conformable. I will definitely book this hotel again! Note: To the drivers, the hotel does not provide free parking. Parking is not expensive, however the carpark is small.

Stayed on a Friday night. Room was located on the third level. It was very decent, clean and well maintained. However, we could definitely hear a lot of people talking and laughing into the wee hours from the public space just below the hotel. Thankfully my toddler did not get woken up but it sure affected me. Wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise.

We could not sleep because of nasty smell and noisy environment

It was a very short stay. but my girls had a good sleep in the comfortable bed. Locaion is very convenient. We dont have to travel far for food. and all. We will go back again.

Very relaxing. Hotel reception Daniel is very courteous and welcoming. Room is very clean and well maintained.

Nice and comfortable room. 2 floors of the building as hotel rooms and the rest as offices. Staff very helpful and friendly. Several convenient eateries nearby

The sound insulation was indeed as bad as the other reviews described. Woke up at 3am hearing a lot of talking from the corridor/downstairs and at 8am, quarrelling between a man and a woman somewhere else. The area around the hotel seems to have a few Thai disco? Do not recommend going out at night as we met a number of drunk people. Room itself was decently big. Could have been cleaner.

Eventhough the room is quite small, it is comfortable and considered good value for money. The only need to comment is always noisy in the middle at night from the lounge nearby.

Good experience

Very spacious but there is a smell when we enter the room due to poor ventilation. The windows need to be cleaned.
