Towel is very old

Good value for money accomodation near AEON. Lots of good dining options around the hotel.

They should have more pillows available for guest to request.

No daily cleaning up of bed rooms. Air condition and TV not working at most time.

The rates on hotel.com was almost 3 times the actual walk in rates at hotel. Even though hotel.com states free parking, actually there is no free parking. U park on the street and hope that no one comes to write u a ticket according to the hotel staff!! Phone was spoilt. There was leftover drinks in fridge from previous guest I supposed. Fridge was also not cold at all. Can’t call it a fridge. It’s almost like a “cupboard” Each room only has one key card and if u need more u need to pay , if u need any more stuff, u need to pay. Don’t book this through hotel.com Overall disappointed

Been 3 years since came back for stay due to covid restriction, feels good. Lots of parking lots for parking. Staff is friendly and able to communicate with simple English. Quick check in, clean lobby. Room is good & air-con is working well. Has got hot shower & a quiet place to stay overnight. Overall a good place for short staycation

Nice n clean hotel

Terrible sound insulation makes deep sleeping impossible! What is absolutely ridiculous is that I was told at the front desk that credit card payment is not accepted. A lot of essential toiletries such as comb are missing. No trash bin.

Friendly. Clean. Feels safe to stay at this hotel.

Good location n next to eateries, car wash n massage

They need some education in definition of suite. A small double room, ordinary standard, and we paid for a suite. Come on. Never met less accommodating staff. We had 6 luggage and none of the 5 staff in lobby even bothered to open the door. Extremely poor service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Room were clean, and that is the only positive thing to say about Geobay Hotel.

The hotel is close to an area with shopping Malls and it is easy to access to it

Good location, clean room, easy and fast check in/out.

Rooms are clean but one of the room smells murky and cigarette.

Room no windows and bad room make up, no new tower and never clean. Now worth the price.

Overall a very good place to stay for a 3-star hotel, specially if driving, location is around 30 min drive from Singapore custom, ample open car park space. Nearby got local food courts & restaurant around, and a night disco just 1 min walk away. Hotel consist only 3 floor. The lobby is grant & staff can speak good English, check in is fast. Room is a bit on a smaller scale which consist of a queen bed, a small table & a toilet, but it was neat & clean, I like the lighting & bed is comfy. Air con is cooling & hot showers works. TV on the wall shows both local & Singapore shows. The not so good is Wifi a bit hectic to log in, and there are no windows in room so can't see outside, other than that its all good. Will stay there again

Family suite is decent and bed is ultra comfortable 2 toilet in one room is also a very smart choice! Jucuzzi tub is nice but some nobs is missing
