Get Inn Backpackers

I picked this property because the app said they have 24 hours receptionist. I arrived so late at kk (2 am). When I get there, no one was there and the phone number was not active. I tried to call and send whatsapp message to the number was on the door but theres no answer and reply. I was so tired and I booked a room at hotel nearby. In the morning, the host replied my chat, she told me I could check in. I complained and want my money wasted on the first night back. But the owner said they could not refund my money because they didn't know that their property was on ota. She is the new owner. The old owner didn't tell that they were on ota too, so my money went to the old owner account and they didn't get any money from it. They just let me in. I really disappointed but I had nothing to do with it. I hope they fix it and work on it so it wouldn't happen next time. The location was great, btw.
