Basis stay should be okay

The hotel was fairly well maintained and the room I stayed in seemed to have undergone a bit of recent renovations, which felt nice to have a new bathroom to use. The hotel was easy to locate with the use of GPS. However, it is not located near any convenience stores or any eatery that opens early for breakfast. The check-in staff seemed rather unfriendly during my check-in process. For the price I paid, I was not impressed with the service I received.

We had already managed our expectations for this hotel in the small town of Kluang but it’s way worse. Both of the rooms were dusty especially the toilet doors and the bed headboards which looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The four walls were peeling. And don't even get me started on the cockroaches! Some of the rooms didn't even have windows! Save yourself the horror and stay far away from this place.

Stayed here 2 times, both times i have enjoyed my stay. Room is clean and quiet. The only complain i have is the room i book that comes with the private garage, the wifi is really not stable keep disconnecting. Overall great value. Will stay again for sure.

Clean, spacious room with secure carpark

Booked a "1" twin bed room, with picture showing "1" bed. However, when check in, was informed we need to top up 30 bucks for a "1" bed room. Then commented that the rooms they listed on Hotel.com are all 2 beds. Way to go to con my money so they can "upgrade" me. Near to amenities but ok not gonna be back next time for sure. Staffs services are mediocre as well.

The room was nice but the price for walk in is way cheaper compared booking through Expedia.

nothing much nearby walking distance but location is good to drive around kluang. safe to leave ur car there too.

Overall good for its location for food and security. Friendly receptionist. Jovial security guard at night and feels safe for the car. Will be good the hotel replaces the old towels and stained bedsheets with new ones or have a check on them for comfort of using before guests check in.

Room is clean. The hotel even provide toothbrush set. However, it is quite noisy as you can hear people talking in the corridor and the sound of water from next door. Ok for short stay.

Good location. Walking distance to food. Private parking with guard from 7pm to 7am. (I booked a room with a private garage but the entry to the garage is via a back lane that doesn't feel safe at night and can be open to ambush. Ended up parking in the open carpark the next day.) Hotel staff is very flexible and helpful. They let us view the rooms before booking and also suggested places we could go. There were some stains on the blanket (it was washed but there some drop of blood stains that could not washed off) and I was uncomfortable. Though housekeeping has closed for the day, they got me a new and clean blanket from a room that was not used for the night.

The room is ok and clean . However , the water always splash out during shower and make the toilet wet and slippery most of the time.

We paid around SGD$50 per night for a double room, which was very affordable. Room was simple but clean. Receptionist was helpful.

I have an excellent experience with this hotel. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.I asked for the direction to a newspaper vendor. He suggested I walk along the street. Later when I left the main entrance, he chased after me to ask me to change direction. The room is very comfortable, clean, although a bit small. They said if you feel that your pillows are too hard, they can change for you. They provide 2 packets of Kluang TV brand coffee. 2 bottles of complimentary mineral water, but you can ask for another 2 FOC bottle each day. The toilet is clean with a hair dryer. All toiletry provided. Overall, I am very happy with my stay.

Hotel was rather new and modern for the area. The rooms were clean, a bit small and mattress was a bit too hard for my taste, but the price was great. It worked out great for our short stay. The iron ruined my clothing, so make sure you check it out before ironing your clothes.
