호텔 19 페낭

제 방 창문은 벽을 마주보고 있었고, 호텔이 대로변에 접해 있어서 그랩(Grab)을 기다릴 수 있는 공간이 없다는 점은 아쉬웠지만, 그 점을 제외하면 위치는 정말 최고였습니다. 편리성과 접근성은 100% 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 또 숙박할 의향이 있습니다.

이전에는 호텔 옆에 주차장이 있었는데, 지금은 주차 공간을 찾기가 좀 어려워서 결국 사설 주차장에 주차해야 했습니다. 또한, 가족 단위 투숙객을 위한 추가 침대 제공이나 두 명이 한 방으로 합칠 수 있도록 객실 연결도 불가능하다고 합니다.

남겨진 여행가방을 찾으러 가는데 접수원이 없었습니다. 시간에 맞춰 공항에 도착하고 싶었는데도 말이죠. 내가 전화했을 때 아무도 나오지 않았습니다. 아주 나쁜 서비스.

직원들은 친절했고 실제 체크인 시간보다 일찍 체크인할 수 있도록 허락해주었습니다. 감사합니다.

방은 깨끗했지만 1층에 도로와 가까워서 교통 소음이 너무 커서 잠을 거의 못잤습니다. 무료 Wi-Fi가 제공되지만 작동하지 않습니다. 직원 태도가 나쁘고 친절하지 않습니다.

창문 밖에 담배 버터. 근처에 7-11이 없습니다. 부두 서비스가 필요한 경우 좋습니다. 가격은 비싼 편입니다.

Wifi lelet, too slow only 0,5 Mbps. Hotel location closed to ferry terminal, too far from everywhere, not recommended if you with family specially old man or children.

The location is strategic, just opposite the jetty and bus station. Walk along the street you can find Chew Jetty and tons of nice foods and tourist spot. The hotel has its parking lots too. The room and toilet is spacious and the cleanliness is acceptable. I enjoyed a nice shower. Each room has air conditioner that you can control yourself. It has a big window too, mine facing the harbor. The pillow and mattress is hard, and I love it. It provides a small pillow too. You can get toiletries like slippers, toothbrush from the counter. What I don't like: the sink is blocked and the water flow is very slow. There is no soundproof at all on the window. Our room is facing the busy road and there are bumpers so we are literally sleeping on the street the whole night. I can't even watch TV, too noisy. The mirror should be placed at the entrance, not facing the beds, so you can only do everything in the toilet. The mirror in the toilet is huge though. There are a few steps of stairs before you can access the lift, so it is not convenient for disabled people, baby strollers, or heavy luggage. The hair dryer is lousy. It took ages to dry my hair, but I am glad it provides an iron and ironing board in each room. I will consider coming back again for its location and good price, but I will ask for a room not facing the main road!

The receptionist won't allowed us to check in early an hour eventho the room are ready. Other hotel not like this. Katil keras tak empuk sangat.

Staf hotel sangat tidak ramah mereka terkesan sangat cuek,

Relatively new hotel. The water pressure is excellent. We look forward to an invigorating shower at the beginning and end of the day. But surprisingly no cloth hangers. We asked for them but they never came. Nevertheless, bar this missing detail, our stay there was great. Will return (and hopefully there will be cloth hangers this time).

Secara umum hotel ini baik/bagus dari segi peralatan di dalam kamar, kebersihan kamar pun baik, letak sangat strategis karena berdekatan dengan tempat perhentian/terminal bus sehingga memudahkan untuk pergi ke mana-mana pun. Akan tetapi ada sedikit hal yang kurang menyenangkan terpaksa saya hadapi, dimana pembersihan kamar (penggantian perlengkapan tidur dan mandi tidak dibuat setiap hari/pagi), selama 3 malam penginapan (check in minggu siang, check out rabu pagi) kamar yang saya tempati hanya dibersihkan & ditukar perlengkapannya hanya 1 kali (Selasa pagi), semoga hal ini lebih diperhatikan lagi agar tidak dialami oleh tetamu lainnya.

Highly recommended. It was a good stay. Friendly staff with clean and comfortable room. Their bed is super comfort. It just our room window facing another building (close view) yet not a big deal.

Hotel very clean. The recption staff.. Was very very helpful.. Steven and also the girl.. All thumbs up. Should come again definitely. The breakfast was so tasty. Keep up the good work.
