넬라얀 호텔

위치는 면세점 근처에 있어 매우 좋습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 들고 계단을 오르내리기가 조금 힘들지만, 도움을 주는 직원이 있어서 좋았습니다.

장점: 호텔이 새로워서 시설이 낡지 않았습니다. 침대가 편안했습니다. 화장실은 깨끗했고 수압도 좋았습니다. 리셉셔니스트는 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 심지어 체크아웃 후 짐을 리셉션에 보관할 수 있도록 허락해 주었습니다. 추가 포인트: 정말 좋은 레스토랑인 dbalay와 가까웠는데, 저렴하고 맛있는 해산물을 맛볼 수 있었고(현지 말레이시아 요리와 서양 요리도 훌륭했습니다), 7E와 24시간 세탁소도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있었습니다. Pantai Pasir Bogak이 근처에 있어서 이 해변이 덜 붐비고 더 좋았습니다. Teluk Nipah 해변보다요. 단점: 수영장이 없었고 해변으로 가는 접근성도 좋지 않았습니다. 3층 구조였고 엘리베이터도 없었습니다. 계단이 너무 좁아서 짐을 3층까지 끌고 올라가는 게 숨이 막힐 정도였습니다. 방 자체는 기본적이지만, 어차피 대부분 시간을 야외에서 보낼 테니 충분합니다. 가격이 약간 비싼 편입니다.

Good hotel but 2nd day no cleaning cervice to clean our room.

The room is quite small. A little bit smelly; May be because of the wooden floor. Overall is okay but not worth it for the price I have paid.

Room is tidy and clean. Environment all are nice.

저는 이 호텔을 자주 이용합니다. 아늑하고 친절한 직원들이 있고 해변과 시내 중심가와도 가깝습니다. 조용하고 깨끗하며 저렴한 가격에 묵기 좋은 곳입니다.

The accommodation looked exactly like in the picture! Although the room is small but very clean. Mr. Peh was very helpful, responded professionally on our enquiries, and assisted on our request efficiently. While the female staff during the morning shift wasn't that friendly but she did her best. In terms of dining place, there is a Chinese seafood restaurant along the shop lots serving decent food at average price. Breakfasts & lunch menu starting from around RM5, and ala carte dishes for dinner. Another one is a cafe at 1st floor along the shop lots, serving variety rice dishes at around RM9.90. Overall, a good experience during our stay. I forgot to take any photos of the room but it is exactly like in the pictures! 😂

When check in to the hotel is morning around 10am plus, when we step in to the room, there was a really bad smell. Im tried to request change room (we are stayed in the room which is king size bed), but the chinese worker told me that is no room. hence, we also understand. after we hang out at outside when come back to hotel, I am tried again to ask whether got the family room if got we want to change. sudden the chinese worker said, if you are not satisfied, you may proceed to another hotel which is same row with the hotel nelayan. I get shocked but I keep quite. At night time, I managed to meet their manager, his manager apologise on this matter. I hope this bad experince will not happen to others customers.

Modern room, good price, friendly staff, 7E round the corner; nice place to stay overall.

Nice room. Easy to find food because all food stalls are near to each other. All staff are friendly and nice.

Everything nice.. except no WiFi for upper floor. WiFi at ground floor also very slow.. Need transport to commute between attraction location.

Hotel was clean. Spacious. Staff was helpful. Nice decoration. 7E nearby. Bit far to beach by walking.

Good for the family. There are shops around, like 7 eleven and karaoke but to look for good you would need to travel with a bike or a car. The hotel does not have lift. WiFi is only in the reception area.

great stay. clean and friendly staff. worth staying for 3 days and 2 nights. you can rent a bike so you can go to other places.

Room looks nice. Staff is so helpful us and gave us a lot if information of the island. I really recommend and I will back there again.

Was quite disappointed initially because was expecting a beach hotel. We soon discover its less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and just a few doors away from facilities such as self service laundry, KFC, 7Eleven and not far from Pangkor town. The staffs are indeed very friendly and even managed to rent a car through the reception at a reasonable price and flexible time. May consider staying there for next trip.
