The staff is not friendly, the television is not functioning properly..

Oke boleh menginap pihak hotel melayan dengan baik.

No towel, room had cockroaches, air conditioning remote faulty. No glass to drink water. Dirty room

The air-cond button is spoil where the remote control is shared among rooms. When I want to change the fan speed and temperature, it is the same. The pillow case sheet is not changed where you can smell the hair of a guy who slept on it. The mattress was sunk on left side and you can literally feel the spring all over your body. The blanket was poor in quality, it was thin and old. The worst thing is once you cover yourself with blanket, you can start feeling something is biting your skin, it was dust mite all over the mattress or blanket. On the following Monday, I ask them to change me to another room, the receptionist was helpful where he change the room for me, better condition without the spoil mattress or air-cond but still with the dust-mite filled mattress. But I believe they can improve if they want. Despite of that, the location of the hotel is very near to the eatery and easy to get Grab.

The main reason I choose this hotel because I need hotel nearest to KTM Rawang and can reach by walkway. Refer to review at few websites, this hotel is better than all budget hotels at center of Rawang town. The single room is too small and I need to move the bed aside to have space for solat. The surrounding too noisy, I can heard any sound from outside my room, even snoring from other guest hotel are very very clear.

I book the family room a week before but one the day no rooms. Other than that, was book two double beds room but no Aircon and water hitter not working also.. the hotel environment not suit for baby because noise all the night and not clean. Can't sleep until 5am. My family very disappointed.

Siaran TV yang membosankan. Staff lelaki yang tak friendly. Kelengkapan mandi tak sepatutnya bagi dekat kaunter. Suis lampu yang bermasalah. Bilik air jadi gelap bila guna heater.

Room not like earlier. Towel not ready, telephone not working. Tea/coffe not provided. But rate getting higher compare few months back. Not recommend.

Service yang diberikan amat memuaskan.

Slow water pressure and no parking space

Air mandian tandas sangat lemah dari segi water supply air mandian. Servis lambat bila saya minta request alat seterika, turun ke kaunter pun masih lambat respon. Channel TV kurang jelas dan kurang siaran TV.

It is dirty, service is bad.

Katil patah, dah report tapi staff just betulkan kaki katil sahaja.

Ini kali ke 3 saya stay di sana, sarung bantal agak berbau, seperti tidak ditukar, tetapi saya sudah maklumkan pada staff untuk menukarkan yang baru. Then my bilik kena pakai kunci dan kad. got problem with the door.

This is my second time I stay there. for the 1st time. everything's is ok. just sink in the toilet got some problems. for the second times. I got some problems with slow water in the bathroom. Everything's ok.

No water supply, I even change room till 3 times. at the end water flow very slow, 3 TV channels but can't see clearly

Not clean, didn't supply hair dryer and TV off after 1am

Bad service, receptionist close to being impolite. Leaking pipe, water heater not working and the bed is out of comfort.
