1. All rates quoted are inclusive of 8% Sales & Service Tax.
2. Mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx): In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette Tourism Tax (Rate of Tax) Order 2017, the TTx of RM10.00nett per room, per night on all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders applies. This amount will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Please be advised that Tourism Tax is not included in your total room cost.
3. We regret to inform you that extra beds/rollaway beds are not available at all Lexis Hotels & Resorts.
4. Standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm while check-out time is at 12:00 pm. Request for early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability. A nominal charge may apply for late check-out.
5. A mandatory Incidental Deposit of RM400 per night for Rooms, RM1000 per night for Junior Suites & Residential Suite, and RM3000 per night for Penthouse Suite is required upon check-in. Payment can be made by cash or credit card
6. Any request for a specific room will be subject to a surcharge. The surcharge amount differs depending on the type of request made. For more information and details, please do not hesitate to contact our team at stay@imperiallexiskl.com.
7. Maximum number of occupants allowed for our Rooms are 2 person per room, Junior Suites are 4 person per room, Royal & Imperial Pool Suite are 6 person per room and Presidential Pool Suite are 8 person per room.
8. Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration.
9. Any guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
10. Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional persons above the maximum number of occupants (as per our Hotels’ policy) is chargeable at the discretion of our Hotels. An additional charge of RM60nett per person applies on the 3rd and 4th person if amenities are requested.
11. No pets are allowed within the compound of our Hotels. Cooking in the rooms, packed food purchased from outside of our Hotels, raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, and cooking appliances are strictly prohibited at our Hotels.
12. No room decorations by third parties are permitted at our Hotels. Special decoration packages are available via request from our Hotels and are subject to charges. A refundable deposit of RM150nett is required for guests checking-in with decorative items, banners, balloons, glitter, confetti, and any other decorative materials. Guests checking in with such items are required to completely remove them from the premises upon check-out. The Management of our Hotels reserve the right to withhold the deposit, to be forfeited as cleaning fees, for rooms with undisposed decoration materials that cause excessive litter or damage to the rooms.
