The advertised 1Medini condo was not the same condo we checked into called D’Pristine Condo which was incomplete, looking like an abandon building and it’s nothing like the advertised 1 Medini condo with children playgrounds or pool. The unit itself was not cleaned, smells, has previous occupants/cleaner/owner dirty cloths stuffed in the cupboard, leaking toilet, filthy carpets and sofa, windows, fans and aircons are dirty with clumps of dusts or grime, curtains are musty, didn’t have a complete kitchen leaky bathroom and bodywash wasn’t provided. The owner did try to make up by sending the cleaner but they were very reluctant to clean and instead complains that it’s getting late in the evening. The cleaner only brought mop broom and no detergent. After mopping just parts of the condo with only water and dusting with what was left as kitchen towel, they left with slightly less dust but the whole room still had mixed smell of other occupants from not a through cleanup. The owner should not have deceived customers of the advertised unit and none of the photos advertised here are as per the given condo or unit.

The apartment was very dusty and floors were not clean at all. Our feets were black. Bed sheets and pillows were not clean and had stains and hair. Kitchen sink tap needs fixing. Stated with WI-FI but when we got there, we were told there’s none. Not a very good start to the stay. My husband had to repeatedly msg the renter on these issues. Renter fortunately was forthcoming and cleaned the apartment on the 2nd day. I would have expected them to check and get it all done properly prior to anyone coming to stay. Apartment is spacious enough but there are things that can be done much better. Was honestly disappointed.

整體住宿很棒, 但因為未事先與屋主溝通好, 導致大門警衛不放人, 所以又請我們的包車司機協助聯絡，建議要再出發前取得屋主的LINE或WHAT'S APP以利聯繫,並請屋主提供房屋的資料(如:我們住A棟L5W2)這樣警衛才會知道, 同時要請屋主提供房子密碼鎖的密碼, 才有辦法進屋。另外因為這裡還是距離LEGO有一段路, 交通較不便, 附近僅有便利商店, 吃會是另一個問題, 提供各位旅客參考。

Nice and comfortable unit only no WiFi . tv reception very bad . Phone reception very poor

Comfortable place to relax n near to amenities. Very clean and full facilities.
