Bilik terlampau kecil, harga saja mahal, katil dekat sangat dengan bilik mandi, nak jalan pun susah.

Second stay. Clean and tidy room. Have to carry heavy stuff upstairs (3rd floor). Service okay.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a few malls. Surrounded by restaurants.

I stayed for 2 days, asked for deluxe queen with window. my room was on 3rd floor, stairs only no lift. Room and bathroom was clean, they provided toiletries and hair dryer, hot water, heater and two packets of coffee. bed and pillow was okay. TV channel was good, more than 5 channel available. air cond worked fine. security was okay, use card system, have to update if you want to prolong yr stay. nice staffs. wall is thin, so could hear the sound from next door. no hanger in the room. the staff only make up our bed when asked to, but didn't changed the bedsheet or duvet to new one. there's a foul smell at the hallway in the morning.

Stayed in room 106. Toilet emits mild odour of faeces. Unpleasant stay.

My second time stay at the hotel. Easy to go to gaya street sunday market. My stay there was quite good.

Best facilities, clean, spacious room, but no lift.

Hello. I booked the family room (one single bed and one queen size bed) during a family vacation from 31/8/2018 until 1/9/2018. The hotel looks brand new and the room where we stayed was clean and spacious. The receptionist was very helpful and she even let us check in early (at around 11 a.m.). The hotel itself does not have a cafe but there are many food outlets nearby (fast food restaurants like Sugar Bun, KFC and Burger King) as well as Chinese restaurants. A pharmacy is situated just next door to the hotel , and Suria Sabah is also a stone's throw away (about 10 minutes walk) for those love shopping. The only downside to this hotel is there is no lift available, which we didn't mind because we traveled lightly, but it would be a problem to those who bring heavy luggage. Will definitely stay here again!

It was a great 3D2N stay. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the toilet is unexpectedly spacious and very clean. The minimalist interior design is nice 👌🏼 But unfortunately there’s no elevator. Not really suitable for old folks

Sederhana sahaja hotel ne, xmenyediakan selipar, sudu dan kopi or teh dalam bilik.

quite ok for max 2 person. kids may need a bigger room. friendly staff. highly recommended for backpackers

Cons : inadequate toilet papers, slightly clogged basin, no lift, too bright inside room. Pros: quite spacious for it's price friendly staffs.

Bath area too many slop with no marking with different colour tiles and no signage. Very dangerous for elderly guest
