Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

All guests are obliged to below house rules once your booking is confirmed.

i. This property is a privately-owned unit and does not have reception counter. You are required to contact owner at least 24 hours before arrival date. Owner will be more than delighted to meet you and pass you the house/room key.

ii. Owner reserves right to collect maximum MYR200 (per booking) as security deposit upon check-in (cash only). This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay.

iii. All special request such as early check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement.

iv. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

vi. Loud noise, party, illegal activities (gambling, drug abuse) are strictly prohibited in this unit. Owner and building management will not take any responsibility for the action taken by authorities.
