샤워하는 동안 갑자기 정전이 났습니다. 그럼 상관없습니다. 그냥 스스로 청소하고 리셉션에 이 문제를 말하고 체크아웃을 준비했습니다. 주인이 제 문제일 수도 있다고 말했는데 어떻게 알았을까요? 보증금 환불은 안 됩니다! 뭐야!

I have been staying here for more than 5 times. It is very affordable for frequent traveller. The ambience is very nice. They got very big single bed hence very comfortable and spacious. However the bedsheet are rarely changed and there was some stain on it.

Di sekitar hotel ini tidak ada kuliner, dan sepi, bagi yang mau ketenangan cocok sekali, karena sepi.

Memuaskan hati, staff yang peramah, bilik bersih je, bilik air pun sangat bersih, air cond pun sejuk.kami mintk bilik bawah sb tak larat naik tingkat atas, so best 👍 Alhamdulilah.

It was issue upon arrival as the room given was not the room I booked. The receptionist insisted saying I can't get the room I booked with such low rate. Later, the receptionist kind enough to give me the room that I booked. Upon I went in to the new room, cobwebs around the wall, ants crawling the wall, leaking in the bathroom, and cockroach running. The receptionist help me to catch it. It was totally exhausting night as I arrived around 11.30pm and deal with the room type, the cockroach.

worth for a short stay. the bedroom and bathroom were clean. enough amenities such as iron, tv, kettle, toiletries.

Customer service was bad. No proper communication with customer. Receptionist and manager rude with customer, no patient to handle a angry customer,

Hotel bajet yang sederhana baik, tandas sedikit berbau, cadar pun kurang bersih, ade rambut atas cadar, so far staff ok je.

Book bilik untuk 4 orang tapi katil hanya untuk 3 orang, bilik sempit.

Quite dissappointed. I booked 2 rooms for 2 person but when arrived to check in, receptionist said its only 1 room reserved. I dont know how but he said I just booked 1 room based on system. I show him the confirmation email stated I booked "2 room for 2 person maximum one room for one person only" but he said he cant do anything and ask me to deal with traveloka myself. Then I called hotel's office . And he give me his room with problem door (cant lock). But I still pay same amount. Please improve. Other is okay. Comfortable, clean, and calm.

room description for 4 guests, but actually only for 2 guests where 2 single beds are shared. a rather expensive deposit does not match the room

Misleading photo. I'm perfectly aware that this is a budget motel, however one of their room option (family room) was described able to cater max of 8 people with 4 double bed. When our group of only 5 people arrived we were given 2 connecting room and 4 SINGLE bed. In their defense, that was super sized single and 2 adult should be able to sleep on it. Just to inform all that their family room that claimed able to cater max 8 person and 4 double bed, actually only for 4 adult. If you don't care about being comfortable then up to you. Upon waking up for morning prayer, there was very smelly bathroom smell came from the hallway. Pro-room was comfortable for 2 person. Don't expect much space because budget motel. Aircond was cold enough. There was kettle with coffee. Also provided with iron and iron board. Room was clean. Bathroom also. Shower gel was provided. Just beside the hotel there was “goreng-goreng” (hipster cafe). Motel was very close to mydin mall, bulatan aman jaya-very happening during the night with plenty of food stalls. Around 10-15 mins to ipoh city. Other than overclaimed about their family room, i was satisfied with my stay.

I hope you can provide mineral water or water dispenser to your guest. If you can’t provide at least update in your hotel info so people will prepare early. The staff not friendly and not familiar about Ipoh. Hotel condition is excellent.

It's was so uncomfortable staying there. The wall has so many holes. The next room can see us. I had a three days of stay but the second day they didn't refill my toiletries at all, not even give bottles of mineral water. I felt so disappointed to choose this motel. It has been the worst experience. Before forget I requested a double bed but the bed is twin bed attached together. The bed are the worst, not a good sleep.

Not so great but not bad at all. The room too small for 4 pax. Nice deco but no soundproof. The hotel location is 20 mins from ipoh town.
