TV가 작동하지 않았고, 객실 청소도 제대로 되지 않았습니다.

Biliknya nyaman buat tempat tidur, jadi pengen nginap lagi deh 😻.

Too expensive for what they provide. However, the staff was kind and friendly.

We were travellers from Medan, Indonesia. We really recommended this hotel. It was clean budgeted hotel, closed to halal local food hawkers, 10 minutes to Ferringhi Beach & Bus Station, nice staffs. I will come bacik to this hotel someday.

Nice location at affordable price. Beach also nearby about 300 m. A no. Of good and budget eateries arround.

once my husband and I entered the room, the room very dirty, reuse bed sheet, stink and alot of stain on bedsheet(comforter). the towels provided also recycle and very smelly and dirty. we never use the towel, please consider to bring your own towel if want to check in here. when we arrived in our room, suddenly the receptionist call and told us there is no water (still under repair) and took 2 hrs like that. the receptionist should tell us before we take the key. more disappointing, many mosquitoes (more than x10) we have to kill all the mosquitoes, yet the mosquitoes still coming out under the bed. toilet is smelly and very poor, and the shower exactly in front of toilet bowl. when take the shower, the toilet bowl all wet! this definitely will be my first and last stay in Max Ferringhi Hotel. I personally not recommend (like seriously not recommend). not worth to spent money in this hotel. I check out early in the morning, honestly my husband and I cannot sleep and rest with all the buzzing sound from mosquitoes. stressful! for your information, I already request for a clean room/toilet during booking. but they ignore the request. very bad experience stay in this hotel. everything is bad.

Good and friendly Staff. When complain air-con not cool, he change the room without any hesitate. Very efficient service. will book again.

Air conditioner dingin, water heater oke, tapi wastafel mampet.

Easy check in and many restaurant and food stall below. AC less function

Kitaorang stay untuk 4 malam, masa check in agak lewat dalam pukul 10 malam sebab flight delay, masa mula sampai bilik yang kami dapat toilet dia agak berbau, mungkin sebab ada bocor di toilet dan kami ada minta tukar bilik tapi malangnya bilik semua full, tapi uncle receptionist dah janjikan tukar bilik baru cuma boleh ditukar pada esok hari, dan kami dapat blik baru esok harinya dan uncle tersebut sangat peramah dan banyak membantu, overall memang ok sebab lokasi dekat dengan kawasan makan, kedai dan night market, sangat berpuas hati tapi mungkin kebersihan toilet boleh ditingkatkan lagi, terima kasih.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean juz the airconds not really cold. Overall good place to stay.

I think the hotel quit satisfying for budget hotel. Even though the toilet is a bit smelly but it is clean. The room and toilet is clean. We checked in at 4 am but then the receptionist still treat me with warmest welcome. They also have remote tv and aircond for each room. Overall, everything was great 😊

Good budget hotel, clean andspacious. Strategic location, 5 minutes walk to the Batu Feringgi beach. Surrounded by food stalls, easy to find foods.
