머큐어 랑카위 판타이 체낭

체낭비치와 가까워 바다에서 수영하고 바로 들어올 수 있어 좋아요. 주변에 식당 많고, 주차하기 편리합니다. 수영장이 작긴 하지만 이용하는 사람이 많지 않아 놀기 좋습니다. 깨끗하고 객실도 넓어 쾌적하고 편안하게 쉬다 왔습니다.

The hotel is slightly off the beach, but super well placed in Pantai Cenang. You have quick access to stores, malls, restaurants and of course the beack. Fantastic breakfast! Seriously, it´s expensive if you don't have it included, but the variety and quality is 5 stars. Nice rooms and a great pool area. There's a tour desk as well with reasonable prices.

We enjoyed staying here. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Special mention to Zaini who always had a friendly smile and assisted with booking a tour and making our stay just that more enjoyable with his helpfulness. The reception staff arranged an upgraded room after having problems with the door lock of our initial room. Housekeeping, ground staff and restaurant staff all do an excellent job. We also liked the hotel being set back off the business of the Main Street. A nice vibe around the beautiful pool and bar, we recommend the Mercure as a lovely place to stay.

Close to the beach and shopping mall

Mercure is so close to everthing beach, shopping, restaurants, massages places etc The staff are so friendly and always smiling The pool is so big and there is a children’s section of the pool too Plenty of lounges around the pool too My room was super clean and it had toothbrushes and earbuds, shampoo, conditioner and body wash The air finder was spot on and the the air water pressure was amazing The room was cleaned daily but not until the afternoon and I would have to call house keeping to get them to come Other than that it was perfect I was a solo traveller and felt very safe

Tutto davvero positivo!Non potevamo chiedere di meglio!Anche la cena a bordo piscina con la grigliata era ottima!Posizione perfetta, centralissima, a 2 passi alla spiaggia e ad ogni tipo di negozio. Its been a very bitter sweet experience We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights, however tonight our 4th night we wish we were not here & we can't wait to leave here tomorrow morning! Reception inform us tonight that we have a 100 ringet fee charge to pay as a bed sheet has a mark stain.....i view a photo of a small mark looks like blood maybe from a shaving cut or maybe from a nic whatever it is small but not intentional and we are embarrassed and upset that we are asked to pay for this fee. Its suggested my 18 year old granddaughter may have caused the stain! This is a most awkward situation over something that guests should not be dealing with! We did not ruin the linen, we didn't do anything to the linen like draw or write on it so its rude that guests should be asked to pay a fee. It ruined our last night stay here at the resort, we did not sit at the bar to enjoy a few drinks as we did every other night INSTEAD we went upto our room and discussed how upsetting it was and my 18 year old granddaughter didn't want to sleep on the bed incase she has a cut on her leg that could open laying on the sheets...she is very upset as its made us feel uncomfortable laying on the beds. How many guests are charged a fee for marks stains from having relations on the sheets? Periods? Children have runny nose or blood nose? The list goes on, what about towels is there a fee if the towel gets a bit of blood from cut leg shaving or period??? Save your guests from being humilated in future!

Clean and enough space

We were given a room that was not as shown on Hotels.com facing a brick wall. We complained to front desk and after us not accepting the room we were moved to a different room. Isena at the front desk was so nice and very apologetic. Breakfast was average. Staff very good. Free drink when checking in.

I repeatedly reminded the front desk, both at check-in and at check-out, NOT to use the pre-approved card claim for the deposit. There were no payments to be made against the deposit. Yet the full deposit was charged to my card! And after three days, it was not credited back. A shame, fraud!

We booked a 6 night stay at Mercure Langkawi. Hotel is clean and set in a good location . Around 10 minutes walk to the beach and local shops & restaurants.

The hotel is a short walk to Chenang Beach and numerous shops and restaurants. It’s close enough for the convenience, but far enough away from the tourist traffic to offer a quiet, peaceful stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the Rice Garden restaurant offers good dining choices for dinner and snacks. The rooms are spacious and well designed and the shower and bathroom area are pleasantly modern. The hotel is very family friendly and we felt well taken care of by the kind and helpful staff. We would definitely stay at the Mercure if we visit Langkawi again.

Flott beliggenhet. Kun 5 minutter å gå ned til fin strand. God frokost. Sengene var gode men litt nedligget. Vi ble litt glemt ved innsjekk.

The location of the property was perfect—very close to the beach and plenty of food options. However, we had booked a two-bedroom unit, but it wasn’t available upon arrival. Instead, we were moved to a single-bedroom setup, forcing the third person to sleep on a makeshift bed that was uncomfortable and too short. Anyone taller than 5’8” would likely struggle to fit on it.

Nice hotel and comfortable rooms. The swimming pool is good and hotel in excellent location for Cenang Beach (about 4 minute walk). Breakfast is average but many choices. Staff is excellent!!
