As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Deposit Policy
Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

This is a private unit of vacation home and therefore does not have a check in counter. Prior arrangement needed for Security Deposit to be collected before we revealed mailbox details. Guest will be requested to collect key/access card from apartment mailbox.

A Refundable Security Deposit of MYR200 is required upon check-in. Amount will be deducted in case there is item missing or damaged during the stay. It can be done via Credit Card Pre-Authorisation. The property accept BANK TRANSFER, and refund will be done within 2 days after departure date.

Kebersihan kurang memuaskan. Jumpa najis bawah baldi dalam bilik air. Kipas dan lampu guna suis yang sama, nak off lampu kena off kipas sekali. Pelik.

No reception, unsafe transaction between us and apartment agent as a deposit. Need two days to get back our deposit. Unclear instruction by agent. Not enough parking .Rm50 per night per next car. Theres strangers get inside the hse taking their toiletries that been placed inside the store room at our apartment. Very poor and not good service at all.very2 unsatisfied service at all. Will never ever through this agent anymore! Just like a treasure hunt 😂
