방에 낮 동안 거의 하루 종일 전기가 나갔습니다. 직원들은 아무것도 할 수 없었고, 우리가 그냥 받아들이기만을 바랐습니다. 침대 시트와 커버에는 얼룩이 있었고, 방에는 먼지가 많았으며, 벽에는 곰팡이가 슬어 있었습니다.

Jalan nak masuk ke resort ni sempit sikit, so hati-hati, jangan sampai terlepas simpang and please beri laluan untuk kereta lain juga. Sesuai untuk family sebab ade small petting zoo dekat belakang. Resort yang cute dekat dengan bandar senang nak navigate to kedai-kedai makan yang best. Overall I love it here and might consider in my next visit! Thanks team Muo Resort.

Tempat bersih dan nyaman, tidak jauh mencari makanan. Di seberang jalan ada seven eleven. Di dalam lingkungan hotel juga ada restoran. Kalo mau versi murah ada nasi lemak di pinggir jalan yang enak juga.

The location is good but our 3D2N stay was disappointing. We stay at room107, facing the back, the soundproof is super poor, don't recommend those light sleepers staying here! Room107 facing an empty lot that construction is on going. The construction starts at 9.30am sharp. Not only that, the bed that is near the bathroom, I can hear the neighbour room flowing tap water. It's a sleepless night for us! And parking, we parked our car at the parking area provided in the resort, the parking lots are quite limited at the front, and very dark when park at the back. The next morning, my car is full of black medium size ants. A lot of ants. Even hidden in the car roof side rubber. Originally, in the morning, I thought it was 1 or 2 ants but there are ants coming out from the car roof side rubber even after drove for 1hour to Batu Pahat! I sent my car for car wash in Batu Pahat and have to send in to service centre for further checking for hidden ants (hopefully all clear). The pillow is comfortable, the mattress is too soft for us, the room setup is simple, the basin and water heater pipe are leaking and the bathroom exhaust fan is not working. The tap water should be not properly filtered or overdue for filter checking. The mattress nearby the window need to change, my mom suffered from allergic, red itchy patches on her back (back portion of shoulder to waist to calf) after the 1st night stay. Never come back again. Sad and disappointed.

I like the set up. Mews like converting to rooms. But the room size is a bit small, and so is the bathroom size is small. Sound proof can be better. Friendly and helpful front office staffs.

Nice little resort but the rooms a bit small. No table in the room … and cars can drive pass my entrance, felt a bit strange. But overall very clean and comfortable.

Very clean, plenty of spots for photo taking, helpful staff, a mini zoo suitable for kids. Which is why I chose to stay at this place for th second time in Muo.

The stay is good. The hotel room is nice. But I think they should upgrade the facilities. The room door lock is using key not like last time using smart card. The smell of the bed and towel is not fragand. They should use some flower fragand. But at this Covid time, I feel it is safer staying in this type of resort.

A really nice place to stay. Clean, friendly staff, quiet neighbourhood. There is also a 7Eleven outlet just outside along the main road from this place.

Staffs are all very helpful. Surrounding theme is kampung style with deer, goat, chicken which your kiddos gonna enjoy feeding them all! I booked the duplex room (2 queen beds) & felt very cozy & spacious for 4 adults. When check out, I got a discount voucher & that is really cool!
