Staff is rude. Knock my door room at 5am. Totally rude

Hotel bersih, siap ada selipar dalam tandas. OK dekat dengan masjid, sebelah balai polis.

We stayed here because we had to attend an early morning meeting in Senawang. For a very reasonable price, 1 queen bed and 1 single bed with a simple breakfast. It's well worth the price

Booked triple suite room and stated there is a bathtub. However prior check in there is no bathtub in the room. Checked with the reception, the room with bathtub is executive suite and the staff stated that web provides wrong information in the website. Staff at the reception is not helpful at all. Very disappointing since the purpose we booked this hotel is due to the bathtub provided. Please update your site and do not give wrong information to the customer.

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you One Garden Hotel for making our stay so special. Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:).

Rooms is dirty. Bath room licking and no soap & shampoo

Even the hotel was boutique hotel but overall we satisfied with all the facilities 😁

The sink is clogged, the door is broken, each time entering the room, need to call the front desk and he will open with a screwdriver. The toilet bowl need some scrub too. The lobby and toilet in my room is smelly (sewage). Should do something to improve

The room smells like a damp and old place. The ac was blowing furiously on the bed which left my family and I unwell the next day. The girl at the front desk asked for payment via credit card (despite full payment made through agent which resulted in me being charged twice (they have refunded the money back to me, thank God). Breakfast was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen; packets of Nasi lemak, splattered on the table, next to a sad looking drinks dispenser. Thank you, but never again.

Smelly room, poor condition room, no breakfast even at 7.30am, the staff too pushy when time for checking out. No respect to guest.

It's a nice room for one night stay. The room was tidy and the toilet was clean but you can hear from inside the room people were walking and a bit noisy when other room's door open and closed.

Easy parking, quiet place at very considerable price. For me its a Budget hotel with 4 stars.

This is about customer service and how the staff communicate with customers. It happens to my sisters. On the second night stayed at One Garden Hotel, my sisters can't entered their room as the key can't open the door. Hence, my sisters asked for a spare key to unlock. Unfortunately the staff doesn't help but stay outside of the hotel. And my sisters can't entered their room at that night and don't have spare clothes stay at another room. In the next morning, I called again the receptionist as they said the person in charge keep the masterkey can open the door next morning. I called at 8.00am and asked them to open the door as my sisters have to go to work at 10am. In 15 minutes only, they managed to open the door. What can I say else except the staff are ignorant, not responsible and not working very well to serve the customers.

Very good stay! Hotel is clean and nearby food restaurant.
