수영장은 청소가 안 되어 있어요. 체크인 줄이 너무 길어요. 많은 인원에 비해 엘리베이터는 두 대밖에 없어요.

해변 근처에 좋은 시설/큰 객실

카운터 리셉션 직원분이 정말 친절하세요. 아침 식사도 맛있고, 바다 전망도 환상적이에요.

완벽하고 훌륭해서 또 올 것 같아요.

이 Pacific Regency를 처음 방문했습니다. 호텔이 넓은 객실을 제공하고 청결함이 휴식을 취하기에 좋은 장점이기 때문에 예상 밖이었습니다. 부모님을 데려와서 2개의 디럭스룸을 예약했는데, 큰 수영장, 환경, 뒤에 큰 나무가 있는 해변이 있어서 매우 즐거웠습니다(햇빛 차단!) 안타깝게도 호텔 조식은 제공되지 않았습니다(요금이 엄청 비싸기 때문). 객실 예약에 포함되어 있어도 요금은 실제로 방문하는 것과 차이가 없었습니다. 시설은 추가 포인트이고 가격도 매우 공정하며 제 가족과 아이들이 정말 좋아합니다! 계속 지켜봐 주시고 다시 방문하고 싶습니다!

훌륭한 숙박을 했지만 불행히도 하룻밤만 묵었습니다. 근처 골프 클럽에서 이른 아침에 골프 게임 대회가 있어서 일찍 떠나야 했습니다. 다시 와서 묵을 것입니다.

Nice place to stay, even last minute booking.

Expect long queue during check in because the process will only start at 3pm, even if you are there 2.45pm they didn't “open” the counter. Basic room and cleanliness needs to be improved. Hair and dust everywhere even worst on the balcony. Security is questionable too as non guests can come and park in front of the beach area. The banana boat and jet skis guys will wait for you at the beach area and making noises sometimes.

Not that bad Not that pleasant. It should be neutral but no options for me to add. It looks like a new hotel. Which is good. But the room condition for new hotel just OK. It was clean and comfort. Swimming pool is nice and big. That ' s it. We thought there is connection to the beach, but there is no beach. You need to drive to the nearest public beach. No trom service when I stay. I ordered food from outside. I ask to borrow some utensils, and the hotel did not provide one as it is against their policy. False fire alarm at 3am. So yeah. It was ok experience. But will not come back.

Hotel is near the beach and pool is nice. Room is OK and furniture is OK. Room has fan and air cond, its a plus point.

The room rates are a bit pricey but used vouchers so got at cheaper price. The room looks new, all the amenities also great. Near to many eateries & restaurants. Direct access to beach. Ample parking lots. Swimming pool also huge. Love the kids swimming pool because so rare to find a big kids swimming pool like this one. Only concern is it's open concept, outsiders can come & go just like that. But overall I'd give 4/5. Definitely will stay here again!

😑lobby was spacious but bare/dull, restaurant only open for breakfast, room with view but you can't sit at balcony since no furniture, tv channel limited, not same in the list, to iron the cloth need to go lobby which trouble some... the price RM300-400 didn't match the facilities offered. 😊👍 big pool, refurbished room and I can walk along the beach to find food stalls.

I had the most pleasant stay here!

The room was spacious and clean. Near to the beach, and it was clean, nice, suitable for kids. Check in and out very fast. Easy to park the car. Nice stay! Sure will come back.

This hotel have good location and near to the restaurant. The beach and pool is not crowded even in weekend. But the air conditioning suddenly on and off automatic. And during stay I experienced power failure at night. Hope the hotel will improved on that aspect as well.

Simple modern interior but boring local TV channels only. Inconsistent operating hours at cafe. Parking felt not secure as there was no barrier or tickets required
