Too many extra charges. They charged RM30 for cleaning fee. Then additional RM30 for using extra pillow and towel. No notice mentioned for that extra charged items in the room.

Deposit 300 rm dan ternyata dipotong biaya kebersihan+15% dari uang deposit. Bayar deposit tidak bisa charge, Harus pake paypall/visa/mastercard dari bank luar indo, biaya refund deposit tidak jelas dan belum kembali sampai sekarang in+44. But overall tempatnya bagus banget dan nyaman.

The toilet is very smelly. Feed back to host but doesn't address to it.

Aircond need to clean. Bad service. No tv channel. Very bad hotel.

My 2 night of staying was great. I considered myself lucky because I have an amazing view from my hotel. The room was neatly done and well cleaned. I will surely recommend to my friends.

Tempat luas dan bersih. Interior bagus. View kota kuala lumpur. Di sini menggunakan self check-in, diberikan petunjuk yang mudah dipahami. Perabotan lengkap, ada hair dryer, setrika, alat masak, cuci piring, kulkas, meja makan. Ada biaya tambahan untuk kebersihan. Sama menginap 4 hari dengan total biaya tambahan 40 RM.

Sangat memuaskan dan akan menginap di sini lagi.

1. First and foremost, there is an additional charge of rm40 imposed for cleaning fee, resulting even higher rate to compare with full fledge hotel 5mins walking distance. Side arrangement aka hidden charges by app & hotel owner is very contradict to app commitment from your website of honest price. It should be adding straightway under room rate. And we're very positive under this strategy, no potential business will shy away from their hotel. Also indirectly will have bad reflection of app image as well. 2. Another shocking thing is the towels provided also is not clean with visual stain. And yet they charging us rm40 for cleaning fee 3. The quality of the mattress is similar to the one you can find in any normal hostel at the rate of rm70 per night. Unbelievable. 4. If the patrons is driving, there is no parking lot allocated, and the only solution is to park at parking bay belongs to another hotel at the rate of rm3 per hour. Imagine if we need to go in and out for outside food. Last but not least. I am strongly recommended this property to be removed from your listing as it has all the potential of bad reputation one after another from future patrons.

Bilik memang best dan selesa, tapi ada extra charges bila nak check out, (housekeeping fees), pastu parking kena bayar tak free (RM12 per entery). Rasa macam terkena pun ada, sebab dia tak mention awal-awal.

When I'm reach here, the reception just told me the room being maintained so ask me find another hotel. Waste my time!!!

I had some experiences in this particular studio apartment, just sharing it here for you to make your own informed decision. As it is not a hotel but rather an individual letting out its own unit, the customer/guest service is almost non-existence. The instructions/guidance to go there is not clear, to further worsen the situation every step of the way from parking the car to the lobby lift is all non-descriptive and the entire building is still in its renovating/completing stage. It took me about an hour to "check-in"; when the said individual did show-up only the room key was given devoid of any further instructions, information, etc. The unit's AC had some issues, it took a few hours for the said individual to show-up meanwhile the room is all stuffy and uncomfortable. The next day upon checking out, you have to personally contact the said individual to do so and all was mentioned 'just leave the key inside the room'.

the apartment is very clean and apartment view also very good. you guys should try this one apartment. it's very recommended

It is a great place to stay in the petaling jaya. the access is quite confusing at first. we had trouble to find the lift to access.the parking was rm 3 per entry and rm 10 for overnight stay.only towels were provided. no instant coffee or tea or any complimentary water bottle.it is worth as what u paid.

Easy to deal with the host, JB. Nice to stay for stay for couple or three people. Same building with Sheraton.
