중요 사항

말레이시아 왕립 세관에서 발표한 바와 같이, 2023년 1월 1일부터 말레이시아 비거주자 또는 말레이시아 영주권자가 아닌 모든 호텔 투숙객에게 관광세가 부과됩니다. 호텔에서 체크인 시 관광세를 징수할 것으로 예상하십시오. 관광세율은 객실당 1박당 10 RM입니다.

일반 체크인 지침

-Effective 1 September 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a tourism tax of MYR 10 nett per night per room for all registered hotels with the Malaysian Government. This is in addition to the existing taxes that could be collected at the hotel upon check-in. Please check with the hotel upon arrival regarding these taxes.

The staffs are not friendly. There's no cleaning for the whole week of stay. Cannot change room as well. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is not functioning. No star rating for this hotel.

Stayed in a single room for one night. Located 5 mins from the airport so it's good for anyone that want to catch an early morning flight or simply want the peace of mind that you won't be stuck in a traffic jam to the airport. Everything is good except for the noise from the road side can be heard in the room. However as a light sleeper, I always pack a pair of earplug for this purpose!

Bedsheet and the mattress are dirty and the pillow itself are smelly as if all those were not changed before I checked in. The staff also didn't update about my duration of staying at the hotel.
