위치상 해변으로 바로 갈 수 있는 길이 없어서 버기카를 이용하거나 직접 차를 몰고 가야 합니다. 리셉션은 사람이 많지 않아 빠르고 친절했습니다. 꽤 오래된 호텔이지만 객실은 넓고, 채널이 제한적인 TV(리모컨이 없어서 따로 요청해야 했습니다), 냉장고, 전기 주전자, 생수, 다리미, 실내 슬리퍼, 작동하지 않는 헤어드라이어, 세면도구(샴푸만 있고, 바디워시를 달라고 하니 재고가 없다고 하더군요 😅), 칫솔, 그리고 가장자리에 실밥이 풀린 낡은 수건이 구비되어 있습니다. 발코니가 있지만 전망은 그다지 좋지 않습니다. 객실 문 손잡이가 고장 나서 카드 키를 눌러도 문이 열리지 않아 여러 번 시도해야 했습니다. 리셉션에 전화를 걸었지만 직원이 와서 도와주기까지 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 조식은 종류가 다양했지만 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 나시 레막은 제대로 익지 않았고, 죽에 곁들이는 양념은 소금, 후추, 생강뿐이었습니다. 전반적으로는 괜찮았습니다.

아침 식사 중에 먹은 죽에 벌레가 들어있었습니다. 쌀죽 혼합물 중 하나에서 나온 것일 수도 있습니다. 이 문제를 해결해 주세요. 그 외에는 모든 것이 괜찮았고 이틀 밤을 여기서 보낼 수 있어서 기뻤습니다. 체러팅에서 휴가를 보내는 다른 분들께도 추천합니다.

I love very much. Cherating Inn! Will come back again In Shaa Allah. The room is so spacious for a big family like me. 8 persons, comfortable, and clean. Swimming pool is just in front of our room. Only food is just so so.

When we arrive, the staff is doing fogging for mosquito and poison for rat. So our room floor is wet. Room OK.

Due its Hari Raya, there seem to be less resources and only 1 front desk working (base on her 1 morning while another afternoon session). Reception is good and process is smooth. My second time to residence Inn after almost 10 years on my last visit. Hotel is a bit rundown whereby feel very pity to see as potential of this resort are not been 'expose' and more room to improve. All the neighbourhood hotel are continue join such as royale chulan, so really hope this hotel does put more effort to improve. Hotel air conditioner isn't function well and all of us experiencing hot overnight stay. Pool still the best for my kids since she first stay almost 10 years ago. Breakfast is fair since the stay isn't that much people but overall is acceptable, like other review, there is no eggs station whereby it 's an important part of the breakfast.

I would say this hotel is totally not recommended. The building is rather old and not properly maintained. When we entered our room, there was no towel prepared. Then when I wanted to use the room's phone to call to ask for towels, the phone line was broken so cannot be used. So I had to go to the receptionist counter and asked them for towels then they said they will send it to our room. I bought room with 2 queen beds so I expected 4 towels would be sent but you know what, they only sent 1! I was totally speechless. And the bathroom's wall is full with mold and cockroaches! Upon opening the bathroom's door, there were like 5-6 cockroaches of multiple sizes were there. I regretted spending 600+ to stay here. Would not come again.

Balik kemas dah selase. Cume koride kotor sb tempat buruh tido. Makan pagi ok la menu pantai timul. Hger hotel ni cun la. Kolam good.

Bilik bersih, breakfast biasa-biasa je, tak banyak pilihan

Keliru dengan gambar pilihan bilik. Masa check in upgrade bilik tambah lagi rm 100. Masuk je bilik bau busuk pastu lantai bilik masih basah. Beranda berpasir dan banyak rumput daun kering. 2 kali call service tak datang-datang. Bilik lama katil bergoyang. Meja kopi pon bergoyang. Breakfast teruk makan nasi lemak tak rasa nasi lemak ntah la makan takde pilihan memang teruk dan tak akan datang lagi ke sini. Bayar bilik totaly dekat rm 300 tapi service & kualiti lagi cantik hotel yang rm 100. Not recommend

Berbaloi bilik kemas dan bersih memuaskan.

The location is quite good and near from the beach. But the room have a lot of dusk not clean. We’ve open the AC and clean the filter by ourselves. The hotel also provides the complimentary Hair Dryer and Iron for 30 minutes used, but when we requested they said it will delivered to our room. Yet, until we checked out, we did not get the hair dryer. Despite for the facilities and cleanliness, hotel staff were friendly and warm.

Puas hati kerana mendapat bilik yang berada di Ground Floor...bilik yang selesa...semua kelengkapan cukup, peti sejuk berfungsi dengan baik..kolam renang yang besar, anak-anak gembira..sarapan pun ok..walaupun tak banyak pilihan...mungkin boleh banyakkan pilihan untuk sarapan.

Kolam renang yang agak cantik dan sesuai untuk anak-anak. Ibu bapa boleh mengawasi anak-anak sambil santai dan berehat.

suasana bilik yang mendamaikan, selesa dan bersih. makanan sedap dan menyelerakan. saya bercadang nak bawak ahli keluarga bercuti di sini akan datang.

Saya dapat salah bilik pada mula kemudian call reception terus dapat bilik y booking...bilik besar & selesa...dekat dengan pantai cherating nak ke kemaman hanya 15minit sahaja
