As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

[Notice] Power Supply Interruption at Resorts World Kijal on 20 July 2023 between 10 am to 5pm. This is to inform that that there will be an electrical calibration and servicing of electrical components located inside the Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”), High Tension (“HT”) and Low Voltage (“LV”) rooms of Resorts World Kijal TNB Substation. This effort is essential as, according to Electricity Regulations 1994, Clause 110(4) by the Energy Commission of Malaysia, calibration and servicing works shall be performed on all electrical components every two (2) years. During the above process, power supply in the room will be affected as the Power supply will be shut down throughout the 8 hours duration on 20th July 2023 (Thursday) between 10.00am to 5.00pm. 임시 휴업 20-7-2023부터 20-7-2023까지.

*Swimming Pool & Golf Course currently on closure until further notice* Additional RM 100 deposit per room upon check-in is required for all the room types and refundable upon departure. Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night stay will be collected upon check in.
Customer is to allow a waiting time for the booking to pump in to our property booking system is about 30 minutes to 1 hour. This is to manage customer expectation and to avoid complaints from the customer that no booking found in our booking system upon check-in at our Front office counter / kiosk counter.

Alatan dalam bilik tidak dibersih dengan baik. (Pada gambar) contoh lampu tidur yang berkulat. Mula-mula ingatkan macam lampu ni sengaja di cat macam tu, bila saya cuba sentuh, melekat kat jari kulat ni. Laundry bag juga tidak disediakan. Exhaust fan dalam tandas juga tidak berfungsi. Holder pipe shower pun senget dan susah untuk sangkut/dilaraskan. Sangat-sangat mengecewakan. Akhir sekali, makanan di cafe perlu ditambah baik, kalau hotel budget kita boleh terima lagi, ini hotel ternama dengan facility macam ni amat-amat tidak sesuai. Terima kasih.

Room spacious and clean. Sangat sangat puas hati stay di sini. Pantai bersih, angin sepoi-sepoi bahasa memang tempat healing yang paling terbest sekali haa gitew. First time pergi hotel sediakan breakfast nasi kerabu. Anak-anak happy sangat and definitely will repeat staying here.

Check in take a few minutes. Book for 2 single bed but got king size. Room is clean.

Nice makanan sedap bilik bersih, see view tingkat atas, kolam bersih, kemudahan bilik lengkap, staff mesra sangat.

This accommodation is perfect for family gateway and bonding time. The room is so big & comfort. Staff are very nice and friendly.. Will come again to this hotel when I am going to Kemaman again.
