Tropical Elegance – Seaview Bliss Studio is a curated collection of boutique seaview residences located along the beautiful coastline of Kota Kinabalu. Designed with refined European aesthetics and modern comfort, each space offers a peaceful retreat within the city. Many units feature stunning ocean views, private balconies, and sunset scenery. Our property is proudly LGBTQ+ friendly, warmly welcoming couples and travelers from around the world.

Selected units feature panoramic ocean views, private balconies, and sunset-facing windows where guests can enjoy Kota Kinabalu’s famous sunsets. Each space is thoughtfully designed with artistic details and comfort. We are also proud to be an LGBTQ+ friendly property, warmly welcoming all couples and travelers.

Our residences are designed to provide both comfort and convenience. Most units include a kitchenette, coffee maker, dining area, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washer-dryer. Many rooms also feature private balconies and large windows bringing natural light and sea views into the space. These facilities allow guests to enjoy a comfortable stay whether for a short holiday or longer visit.

This is a private serviced apartment with self check-in arrangements. Guests should contact our co-host at least one day before arrival to confirm their arrival time and receive check-in instructions. A refundable security deposit of RM400 is required before arrival to provide access details such as door codes and building cards. Late arrival is possible if the deposit is completed beforehand.
