세리 시망강 호텔

오래된 호텔이에요. 모든 게 꽤 오래되어 보이지만, 욕조를 설치하는 등 몇몇 부분은 잘 보수/개선되었어요. 서비스는 좋아요.

저는 호텔이 10년도 채 되지 않아 서 있었을 거라고 확신하지만, 내부는 10년 전의 모습입니다. 결함과 얼룩이 많습니다. 이웃이 비명을 지르는 소리가 들리기 때문에 방음이 되지 않습니다. 사람들이 아침 식사를 하면서 작은 음식으로 경쟁하는 것 같습니다.

Receptionist at the counter: 6/10 Room: 4/10 - shower blocked (settled after maintenance staff came) - room was not cold even the temperature set at 16 degree of Celsius - mini refrigerator could not be used, not cold - all the way at level 5 to my room was smelly with smoking. So no use to put do not smoke signage as this hotel is a smoking hotel when all their rooms can smoke. No exhaust fan. Cleanliness (lobby/lift): 8/10 My personal rating: 4/10 Will choose another hotel in the next official trip. This hotel might be "over-used" hotel.

Hotelnya bagus dan sarapannya enak. Menginap disana lagi kalau ke Sri aman.

Hotel pilihan saya di Sri Aman. Cuma Kali ini terganggu dengan bunyi bising sehingga 1 am - 2 am. Function yang dibuat ditingkat atas merosakkan mood 😠

Not a professional team at all. I have a meeting early in the morning and I need to ask my parents to return my hotel room key to them before 12 noon. So while I'm in meeting, their staff call me and ask me about the key. I am shock because my father already hand the key to their staff. It means that their staff is not well trained and clumsy. I always return to the hotel because I have outstation here but this incident are the 1st time happened to me. I hope their manager can brief their staff correctly about their work procedure after this. They even didn't give my father a receipt for my stay. I am very disappointed for their work etiquette because before this, their old staff are very good. Even until now they didn't call and inform me about the key room

The hotel is great. Clean and comfortable. Suitable for leisure & business travelling.

Just like the advertisement. Newly built hotel, comfy bed and easy to locate.

Great stay. Luckily got upgraded to junior suite for free. Allowed late check out. Nice hospitality & great staff 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room was satisfactory and breakfast need improvement. Service was excellent except room WiFi was very bad need upgrading. Always no connection.

Something wrong with their on-desk reservation system!! Wanted to extend our stay and booked the same room (deluxe double queen) but the counter receptionist says no available room. We did check earlier in their online bookings and a few rooms were available and told them about it but the receptionist still argued that no room available. End up made the bookings online and got the same room next day as we don’t want to take the trouble packing for another hotel.

The view is not convenience & they is problem with the water supply during our stay.

Bersih, besar dan sangat selesa, toilet pon bersih, cuma tekanan air sedikit rendah.
