직원들은 친절하지만 환경은 나쁩니다. 방음이 잘 안 되고, 건물 전체가 리노베이션이 필요합니다.

1. The 314 Room which I stayed was not really clean, and pieces of mamee snacks littered around even on the bed. Water pressure is really bad, exposed to fire hazards while using the shower. 2. The room used included a breakfast set, but due to staff negligence, it was not ready the next morning. The next morning staff initially showed attitude of neglect when I told her that it's included in the package. Only after I told her that's shouldn't be the case, she then made a call to order the food. To the owner of the hotel, make sure your staff are always on the alert and be fully responsible when undertaking their tasks. The attitude of neglect and blurred faces should never occur in such a highly competitive hotel business operations. It's your choice whether you want to stay in the business for long or be a victim of your own character!

Pertama kali untuk nginap di hotel ini karena kunjungan ke anak saya yang kuliah di UTAR, lokasi jauh dari bandara menuju setapak danau kota, lewati 3 tol, posisi hotel depan mall setapak harus nyebrang ya, mall nya standar saja, males mau ke mall jalan kaki sederet dengan hotel ada beberapa rumah makan, saya pesan kamar hotel untuk 4 orang dengan 2 kasur ukuran Queen, yang tidur cuma saya dan ibu saya, untuk 3 malam kamar tidak dibersihkan, tidak ada penambahan air mineral, ketemu anak kecoa 2 ekor, kasur tidak empuk, bantal terlalu lembek dan tipis, tidak ada meja kecil hanya mengandalkan meja rias untuk taruh makanan, shower lancar dan airnya hangat saja, tetangga bising dengan suara anak-anak muda mungkin teman-temannya atau saudaranya dan mereka ngobrol dengan suara besar di koridor lorong kamar selama 3 malam sampai jam 12 malam tapi tidak ada teguran dari pihak hotel, padahal kamar saya di bawah 1 lantai dengan receptionist. Oh ya, kalau bisa di tangga samping lift pasang lampulah, setiap kali saya lewati tempat itu perasaan kayak ada yang lagi berdiri, soalnya akses kamar saya melewati area itu.

I have most pleasant stay at this hotel. clean room and toilet. accommodation such as water filter for hot and cool water is also available. clean kitchen. the youtube tv also makes the kids happy.

이곳이 꽤 마음에 들어요. 깨끗하고 친절한 서비스도 좋았어요. 호텔에 엘리베이터도 있고요. 바티 동굴 사원과 겐팅 버스 정류장(곰박)까지 그랩카를 이용할 수 있어요. 로열 셀랑고르까지 걸어갈 수 있고, 쇼핑몰과 상점도 많아요. 수요일부터 일요일까지 야시장도 있어요.

The bed has stains and lots of hair on the bed.

I booked this hotel upon reviewing the great respons from people. It was so clean but very small space. Yet it was still good for two of us.

Pros: Great location! Friendly staff! Helpful! Room was nice! Go in house movie channel. Cons: Our room level 2 and no lift, have to exercise to go by stairs, TV problem not stable signal, all channel will lost no signal if we change the channel after some time. 2-3 times same things happened its quite a drawback because only staff can fix. It's quite hassled to call them few times just to fix that, so we just off the TV. Hope hotel can improve more! Overall great place to stay! Will come, back if you fix your TV problem.

The price and the facilities is reasonable. Really recommended for others to stay for short trip in future.
