Child Policy: -Up to one child under 10 years old stay for free by sharing the existing bed at Deluxe, Family Loft & Family Suite rooms. -Up to two children under 10 years stay for free by sharing the existing bed at Family Suite room. -Children 10 years old and above will require extra bed at charges of MYR70.00 -Extra bed not available in Double room. -Check-in time is 2pm onwards & check-out time is 12 noon. -All rooms in hotel are non-smoking room. Payment Policy -A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. (pre-authorization may be required to ensure card authenticity) -Full payment may be made to hotel during check-in time (by request). You may also choose direct transfer into our nominated bank account. Kindly email us at reservation@spicescollection.com for bank account details. -MYR200.00 deposit will be required upon check in and refundable upon check-out. (other currencies of equivalent value are acceptable). -For guest stays 14 nights and above, MYR500.00 deposit will be required upon check in and refundable upon check-out. (other currencies of equivalent value are acceptable). -Published rates excluding Local Government Fees of MYR2.00 per room/night. Cancellation Policy Normal Rate -cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date at no charge. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date will incur 100% charge on full amount during non-peak season. Non-Refundable -Cancellation Policy for promotion rate/non-refundable rate : -full amount will be charged on the credit card upon confirmation on booking *Non-guaranteed reservations are subject to auto-release; 72 hours prior to arrival date.
