Villa view is so nice, but very poor management, some time take too long to reply message. check in time 2pm, I am arrive at villa around 2.30pm. the cleaner still cleaning the villa. at that time pool and backyard still not clean until 5pm. I am very upset.

Great villa. Good view. Awesome interior Design. But management need to be improve. Door unlock & key leave in the villa before we check in, when we arrive, somebody stay in the villa already. Another thing is we cant find or contact any staff at night time if we got any problem during our stay.

Great service & very comfortable. our stove got problem but technician came fast to fixed it. Wesley our agent was so friendly & made our stay in this villa more fun & enjoyable stay 😊👍 will definitely recommend my friends & family to come here. Thank you wesley.
